location, Wi-Fi worked well, clean comfy bed
toilet looked clean but smelled badly all over the bathroom every day of my weekly stay, dirty carpet with stains, no fridge in the room
Great location in the heart of Warsaw. Decent breakfast inclided. Helpful staff. The beds aee a little uncomfortable, but tgat was not a big deal. Good value for the money in the center if the city.
Good room for cheap
Location wasn't bad, not too much in close proximity
Thin and lumpy mattress. No business center or public computers.
Price and location.
Old TV. Just two power sockets, one broken in bath (no device can fit it without falling), and one in room which becomes broken after I tried to attach my laptop. Small ugly bed for one person, with two lamps. For what two? No shampoo or something in bath, only toilet paper and liquid soap. Extremely annoying noise. Outside somewhere near the windows they have damaged air conditioning system, which make noise like you are cutting metal with saw. Even plastic windows can`t help you to not hear it.
Is located in very good place, good service and good breakfast.
Was little bit noisy specially night time.
The location is good. It takes around 10-15 minutes by walk to get to Old City. Also you will spend 10 minutes to get the big shopping centre Zloty Tarasy.
The rooms are not very comfortable, the breakfast is so-so, almost no choice. And if you need the hairdrier, you have to ask it several times as they don't have a lot of them.
Breakfast was on a poor level - 30 minutes before the end of the breakfast, the staff was already putting everything away (even the food I had on my table and have not finished it yet)
The location, parking possibilities,
Matrasses on the beds were kinda worn out
Very convenient location close to the old town and other attractions.
There was no water available on the morning of our check out even at 7;30 till 8;00 am. Thus no washing or funtional toilet available. Told was due to hotel renovations.
I do not want to stay at this hotel for next time
breakfast and room is not comfortable
Big room, Internet included, good location, this time good mattresses. Good room service (ice).
Wireless Internet access is not encrypted, variable quality of rooms (mattresses sometimes worn out), shower stall this time damaged, beds mainly singles. Quality lower than comparable North American hotels.
Free Internet. Breakfast included. Good room service (ice on request). Good reception service and luggage storage.
Many rooms still have narrow (twin) beds instead of doubles. Breakfast selection sometimes limited.
The Hotel is close to the Old Town and shops and also the station. The staff were pleasant and spoke good English.
The room was tired and really needs redecorating and the bed was not very comfortable and looked old, but not and antique.
Very good location for those looking for night life in Warsaw.
Central location and fair cost.
Lack of armchair in the room. Lack of convenient furniture in the entrance hall, somewhere to sit down and wait for someone or to chat. I very much would appreciate some weaker "night light" in the bath room, which I have never met in any hotel in any country.
