very convenient, comfortable, accommodating
the AC was like sleeping with an idling truck - incredibly loud
The hotel itself was beautiful and centrally located. The staff was very friendly.
The bathroom was tiny, like a shoe box. The room we were given was also part of a set of 3 cojoining rooms, and the walls were thin enough to hear everything.
Doormen were nice and knowledgeable... Rooms were clean, and impressive (but small) lobby.
Like most buildings in DC, ceilings were low, scenery was of rooftops and other office windows and not much view. Little advise on best way to attack touring DC other than "If you want to, you can see this or that or use a bus tour"
Wet carpet coming from old AC Unit. Water pressure very low But overall it's a nice hotel. Would definitely use them on my next business trip
rooms were clean and beautiful
business center was terrible. have to pay to use intenet and print emails.
The staff went out of their way to make the weekend a wonderful experience. The door men were always friendly and helpful and the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. From the moment we walked in we were treated like valued customers, a simple and often overlooked feature of most hotels today. Highly recommend to anyone looking to make their stay in Washington DC more pleasurable.
Comfortable room, nice bar/ casual restaurant. Enjoyed having Sunday New York Times at our door.
Food. Room. Staff was very friendly
Parking was too high
