Well situated. Good price. Nice hotel room.
In room a la carte breakfast would be better than a 'set' breakfast.
It's very convenient for the city centre and it's not too bad, though I wouldn't rate it more than a 3* hotel. The staff were very helpful in regard to directions in the centre.
The staff were not always very helpful and a lot of information given out was not very clear. It is also difficult to park and I would not use a car next time.
It is new and clean
Finish and facilities are very basic and quite austere. The breakfast was of a poor quality.
The location to the city was excellent
The noise from construction works was very disturbing. Prior to our arrival I emailed twice to confirm some details and no one replied therefore I had to make a toll call from Australia to confirm this information - this was frustrating.
Helpfulness of the reception staff at registration, cab bookings, and any questions I had during my stay
