It was a great place for my wife and two kids to stay for the night. Good service. Clean room. The brunch the next day was very nice in their sunlit dining room with the TV on mute. I would go there again without hesitation.
We had a special request and the staff was very friendly, returning our call within minutes after speaking with a manager, and able to accommodate us. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is convenient and easy to find. Staff was very pleasant in every encounter, from front desk to housekeeping. For a new hotel, the hallways were surprisingly creaky in spots--definitely something management should look into repairing for the comfort of guests sleeping in the rooms near those areas. Nevertheless, we were overall very happy with our stay, and would easily recommend the hotel.
Loved the location, cleanliness and great breakfast (much more than most cont. breakfasts). Very convenient to highway 91 and 89.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I'd definitely choose this hotel again.
We were upgraded to a suite at no additional charge. The room was spacious and even had a mini kitchen--great if you are spending several days in the area for business or pleasure. Complimentary continental breakfast better than most--plenty of fruit and some healthier selections. Only negative was the big-screen TV in the dining room with some inane talk show blaring the whole time we were trying to enjoy our breakfast. Take earplugs and check out the Encyclopedia Britannica in the library nook just off the dining room.
Stayed at Holiday Inn Express Suites for a weekend in January 2011 with my family to do some skiing. Hotel staff was friendly and the room was clean. Hotel was a good value for the money. Hotel was in a good location to area attractions.
A little hard to find off the main street but a good value. Breakfast was good and rooms were clean and appointed well. Close to highway.
Incredibly large suite with separate bedroom, living room and kitchenette. Totally unexpected given the very, very competitive price.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend. Inside, it is quiet, clean and spacious. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and thus I slept soundly every night. The staff were friendly and quick to respond when I had a question or needed assistance. This hotel is very easy to find, located just off the highway.
As a 'super special' secret deal, this is a superb choice! I've stayed here three times now. It's a totally smoke-free building and the rooms/suites are huge: every time I've had a room with, effectively, bedroom, living room (TV in each), kitchen, dining area, and work/office area with desk, as well as bath (hair dryer, iron and ironing board, etc.). The included breakfast is of the pre-prepared variety (frozen waffles, prepackaged omelets, etc.), but sumptuous, buffet-style all-you-can-eat, and the biscuits are especially good. There's a fitness center and a business center, too. Wifi in the rooms, of course. As I told the desk clerk when I checked out: I could live here.
I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites The purpose of my visit was to see my father who lay dying in the hospital. My partner and I left the room at approximately 10:15 on Saturday Morning and retuned from a very long and stressful day after 9pm that night. Imagine our distress when we walked into the room to find the beds un made, the floor not vacuumed, no clean towels, and coffee stains from the coffee we poured out dried in the sink. I have a feeling the room was checked and then ignored because the bDo Not Disturbb sign we had hung on the interior door so that the staff would know the room was ready for service was lying on the floor by the bathroom. This was inexcusable oversight was compounded when we requested service from the front desk and 15 minutes later man appeared with a pile of sheets and towels and instructed us to make our own bed . To make matters worse he did not want to remove the trash I had bagged up or the dirty wet towels I had gathered. My advice is do not stay here.
The rooms was nice, very large, kitchen needed silverware there was only one fork. Bathroom was nice well stocked. My only problem was waking up at 2:00am, with bug bites on my right hip. I spent the rest of the night on the couch and in the am when I went to the front desk I was first told that the screen must have been off the window and a bug got in, then later I was told that the bug I showed the front desk that I got off the box spring must have come with me from the outside. Since I was in a car all day I don't think that was llikely.
