location,plenty of parking
The night desk clerk was delightful and very helpful.
Clean, great location.
I like the cleanliness of the hotel room and the easy access to and from a vehicle
There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like about the hotel
Staff and pool,location.....

Pleasant, comfortable room
The decor was very modern and fresh.
It was NOT clean at all. They tried to modernize it, but it was an unsuccessful attempt. They just painted it white (except the ceiling tiles) and put some new furniture in. The pool had a ring of dirt and grease around it, but a new tile deck.
I like the location and cleaniness of the room.
Yes, I didn't like the noise coming from the next room. I could hear the toilet and water running which kept me awake before falling asleep.
location near hospital
Old..smelling bad..No breakfast
Beds were very comfortable.
There was no grab bar in the shower, which is a safety hazard for older people like myself. The young lady who gave me the room was barely civil and did not give us our breakfast vouchers.
Easy location on and off the highway.
I wish they had a free breakfast. Ugly room.
Hotel offers a nice restaurant and bar. Bed was very comfortable.
This hotel is very outdated. The carpeting is very old and stained and needs to be replaced. There is never enough parking for the hotel guests. No Breakfast!
It was available, and the staff were friendly; but nothing with a 'Wow!' to warrant 3 stars.
No complementary breakfast
Thge location was excellent.
There was dark curly hair on one of the beds in my room. I decided to sleep in the other bed. I went into the bathroom and there were hairs in the bathtub. Gross. The manager took care of the hairs. In the morning, coffee pot had black hair in it!
The staff was friendly.
The room was clean, but old.
Large room and beds were nice. The staff was really friendly. This is why I am recommending this hotel.
What brought this down was the noise level. We were on the 4th floor and were still bothered by the party on the 1st floor. The noise in the public areas of the 1st floor were unbearable. I've stayed at this hotel before with the same issue.
The close proximity to the main highway system.
The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. There was mold around the surround in the tub and around the faucet.
Someone had been smoking in our non smoking room prior to us being there for the night.
the night check person was an older man. he seemed drunk. gave us a little room. ask for two double beds and he stared at the computer for about 5 minutes, never gave us a room. the next morning asked to change, said there were many double bed rooms.
Room and hotel was not clean. Parking is very difficult. There is not enough parking available for the number of guests.
Close to the highway
Very noisy...people running up and down the halls in the middle of the night. Not condusive to sleep.
Not much The wait staff at the hotel restaurant was slow to non existent ! The worst service with 3 staff and only 4 customers
The 'non-smoking room' was formerly a smoking room and you can still smell it
Our room was dirty. Found many long black hairs on the floor.
Stayed 5 days. Clean place, great staff. Even the cleaning people went out of their way to say... 'Have a great day'. The restaurant located on the premises was very nice too... Very friendly. We only had drinks and fries, but the food we saw coming out looked good. I guess the only complaint I would have is the Air conditioner. It can only be set by a thermostat and no fan speed control and will only go down to 65. Windows don't open so it was hard to cool down. This might be just me though because I like a cold room to sleep in. We went and bought a fan to have a breeze and all is good. Also no continental breakfast offered and the in room coffee had very little sugar/creamer. But close by is Weygans! Wow... What a place! Location was great... Walking distance to most everything downtown. Wifi worked great. We will stay again here.
Good location, easy to get in and out of parking lot to main roads.
This was our second time at this Holiday Inn. Our stay was short but comfortable. The Inn itself was very clean despite the construction going on around it. The room was ready for us upon arrival and It was clean and comfortable. The same can be said about the pool. The restaurant and bar were relaxing, with tasteful decor. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here when we return to Williamsport.
Have stayed here twice and was well satisfied for the price we paid. We did'nt use any of the services such as the pool or restaurent in the hotel this stay. Have used the restaurant before and it was good but almost empty on a Sunday evening. There is a good family resturant very close by and in walking distance.I would recommend this hotel, and will use again when in the area.
We only stayed one night on our way south but wished we stayed londer. The room was recently remondled and was just beautiful. Would say here again great deal for the money!
What a great experience this hotel was for us! I travel to Williamsport from CA about once a year and have stayed in so many different places from the Golden Strip's economy motels to the high end B and B in town. This hotel is now first on my list! From the initial encounter with the evening customer service rep, X, to the ongoing communication with X as she arranged for every comfort when my dad who was traveling with us became ill, service was wonderful. The rooms were clean, bright, airy, and roomy. The bathrooms were spotless. The restaurant downstairs has the BEST sweet potato and eggplant fries. And the price was right! Probably one of the best features is its location, just a block from downtown and a nice selection of bookstores, boutiques, and coffee shops, all within walking distance. While there some construction due to expansion that will be completed by Sept, 09, work doesn't begin till 9 AM and never once was heard by us. KUDOS TO THE HOLIDAY INN, WILLIAMSPORT! The Humber Family
What a surprise to stay in what seems to be a hotel of days of old. The room and hotel were modernized but the atmosphere and staff are from a laid back and personal era. We enjoyed our overnight stay and would definitely stay here again.
I travel to williamsport once a month, I visit other hotels in the area to compare. So far this is the best, and most comfortable.'
