Pros (+) The location and facilities were everything I expected and more. The staff there we met there were the friendliest we encountered in Wilmington.
Cons (-) Room service order accuracy. Placed two room service orders and both were missing little items requested.

Cons (-) Was told by hotel reservations they had a rooms at two different rates and then told that was a mistake and they only had the higher rate when I told them we wanted the cheaper option. Made the reservation through hotels.com at the cheaper rate about 2 minutes later. This kept me from getting my "Honors" rewards.

Pros (+) Any staff member I interacted with was kind and professional. No complaints there. The location is unbeatable.
Cons (-) I expected more from a Hilton. The building appeared older and in need of remodeling. The bathroom was large but had not been properly cleaned, I.e., feces on the toilet seat and writing on the mirror from the previous guest.
