Pros:Nothing. It was dirty. The beds had no support and were horrible. The photos on the website are truly deceiving. The breakfast area was dirty, food was not good. The rooms were dirty, dusty, dingy, unkept and not well maintained. The bathroom was just scary. You had to leave the water running for 7 minutes to get warm water which is such a waste of water! The door didn’t close. It seemed to have been broken where the lock rests was pulled with may have been a crowbar or something. It was just awful. We hated our stay and would never go back!
Cons:Everything. They need to just start over. Everything was horrible. I can’t think of one thing that was good or went right.
Pros:I love the location and the staff were great. The breakfast was good and fresh. The rooms were cleaned everyday while we were out and restocked.
Cons:The hotel it self needs a lot of updates and up keep. It looks like they are working on it though. The main thing is the water took about 30-40 minutes to even get warm and it would go from hot to cold while you were showering so you could go from freezing one minute to burning the next, we almost left for another hotel because at first we thought the hot water wasn’t working at all. The man that came up to look at is was really nice and patient he showed us how to use the hot water but it shouldn’t be that hard to take a shower. Plus the elevator felt like a kangaroo was jumping every time we used it. It wasn’t hard just enough to go ok. Once the hotel fixes these issues I really think they will do well like I said above the staff and location are amazing.
