The pool area was phenomenal as was the complimentary breakfast.
The noise level through the walls from another room was absurd. Had to go complain to the front desk at 2AM for my children being woke up with people next door just talking. We could hear every word they said. Doors slamming up and down the hall too. This was by far the worst stay I've ever experienced at a hotel. Being at a hotel in your own room should give you some peace and quiet... not here. I could hear each word the room next to us said as well as hear doors slamming all night long from a group across the hall that had a second room down a few. The door was never shut and just let it slam on the hinge of the lock. This was absolutely a terrible trip... I paid an absurd amount just to go swimming basically. There was no sleep, and half my tv channels didn't even work. They just came in as fuzz.
Rooms where excellent! Staff was great! The location was close to many thing I like.
Late night noise. The pool and gym and restaurant closes at 12am, so I heard people in the hallways well after that. What happened to common courtesy and repsect for your fellow hotel occupants. There needs to be signage that says ' no noise from 10pm toAll in all in was a great place to be. You never have to leave the hotel!
I liked the Staff. Very nice and friendly. Room very clean. Housekeeping staff did a great job clean the room while the family and I relaxed in the pool.
We must have pick a bad day. 12/31/13 Children throwing balls in pool. I was hit twice while in the hot tub. Children running down halls yelling after 10pm Figured it was New Years Eve. Wish there had been a standard upheld.
pool area and service.
cleanliness and old fashioned rooms
The furniture was new and up to date. The bed was clean and comfortable, which was very important to me. The breakfast and pool area were wonderful.
You could tell this was an older hotel that had been renovated. The furniture had been updated, but not necessarily the carpets, walls or bathroom fixtures. There was another entire area of the hotel that I didn't visit, so maybe that was different. This hotel was rated as a 3 star, but felt this should have been rated a 2.5 star. There was nothing wrong with the rooms, but I expected something more up to date and something that felt 'cleaner'. The carpet and the tub I didn't feel were very clean. I was traveling with a small child who is on the floor a lot and I was constantly asking him to play on the bed because I wasn't comfortable with him on the floor. I'm glad I didn't pay full price, and feel that the price I paid, should have been normal price for this hotel.
excellent staff and the room was clean. could not have been better.
The location and the hotel in general. Love that breakfast is included and it is hot.
I think the carpets could be a little cleaner in the rooms.I love Country Inn and Suites. I was very please how easy it was to find and outside of the carpets needing a little cleaning everything lived up to its expectations.
There is inadequate sound insulation. One can hear way too much inside the rooms.
Staff was wonderful and room was bigEverything was wonderful from the location to the breakfast in the morning
