Pros (+) The beds and pillows were comfortable. The tv worked. It's conveniently located. Easy parking. Friendly staff. The A/C until t worked well and was not too noisy as are some I have experienced in budget hotels.
Cons (-) By 8:45am, much of the breakfast items were out. By 9am breakfast items were taken away. I feel they should offer breakfast until 9:30 or 10. 9am is too early to end it. Also, the carpeting was fraying in spots. There was a water issue on our first morning - the shower was hot only.
