Too bad that first class seats do not recline significantly causing discomfort

Flight delayed over an over all day until it cancelled at 1:30am. Would not repeatedly delay that late. Offer hotel rooms and rebook early. Very difficult for families with small children

The flight was 90 minutes long and the stewardesses were extremely slow. I was in row 16 and they did not serve us drinks until we were descending for landing in a 90 minute flight. Unacceptably slow and at least 10 rows (20 to 31) did not receive any drinks or snacks for the entire duration of the flight because of the slowness of the stewardesses. There is no rationale to delay beverage service to brew coffee for a flight at six p m.

after boarding on phx to sjd, crew discovered that one of the megaphones was either out of date or not working. It took 90 minutes to get a replacement and do the "paperwork." That is really unacceptable. Why wasn't the megaphone problem discovered before boarding? Is it part of normal maintenance check? who is responsible for checking. How can paperwork take that long? Fortunately, SJD was final destination for most travelers so very few if any passengers had to miss connections.

Re-checking our bags, the workers were not able to help us with boarding passes for the flight, told us to wait, then ignored us while they helped many other passengers. Until I got rude, they would have left us standing there, and even then they were very curt and dismissive in telling us where to get boarding passes printed. We made it to the gate just as they were starting to board passengers. It was just rude customer service.

Flight was delayed until Next day as crew timed out

The flight was smooth, on time and without any issues.

Biggest issue was original flight canceled and booked to another flight 6 hours earlier and received no notification

Flight was good. Miss getting more options to eat than pretzels or cookies. Attendants were all wonderful.

It was good, the staff was friendly and it was a typical flight to Europe.

The weight limit per bag was really low - 40 lbs - so we had to pay extra. Then, they said their carry on size was 14x18x8, and we measured our bag very carefully. It was within the limit, yet they said it was too big, so we ended up paying an extra $100 for that too!! So it wasn’t the cheap flight we thought it would be. Then, they moved up our initial flight to depart 3 hours earlier which meant we had to be out on the road by 7 am and then have a 6 hour layover and we got home at 2am. It was a grueling day. I won’t be flying with them again.

Very bad, delayed flight. I was offered 2 vouchers for inconvenience, but those vouchers aren’t usable. Spirit airlines is betraying people.

The seats were very uncomfortable. The crew was very polite and helpful.

Pack light and enjoy the quick boarding and early departure and arrivals.

Check in easy, price very good, no frills flying tho! Pay for Every item once seat is paid for so do the math with baggage fees and carry on fees.

I MISS MY FLY AND THEY NOT EVEN TRY TO GET ME ALEAST A CREDIT TO BUY ANOTHER TICKET BUT IS FINE I WOULD NEVER BUY A TICKET WITH SPIRIT EVER AGAIN

Arrived Ft Lauderdale waited 90 minutes for plane to park so nearly missed my connection and no luggage as it was lost. My worst flight experience in 50 years of flying.

The flight experience was terrible. Extra bag charges were exorbitant, and the customer service was incredibly poor. Flight attendants were rude and unhelpful. Post-flight, we endured a one-hour wait for our luggage, only to find our bags severely damaged. Overall, a highly disappointing experience with Spirit Airlines. Not recommended.

To much delays we missed connecting flight had to sleep on airport

Never again! Each flight to and from DR was delayed over 24 hours.! 😡
