The crew were very welcoming and helpful. I just wish economy had a bit more leg room. My knees were constantly hitting the chair in front of me.

Boarding was a sh!t show. JFK BOARDING was awful. The agent called three sections at a time Clogging the area then yelling at people to not block the walk way. How are you going to call delta one , premium select and comfort plus at once and the yell at highest paying passengers. Need to do a lot better and the flight attendants in the galley need to understand that their voices travel. They were talking about others and everyone in the cabin heard them

I had a great travel experience as there weren't any delays and I was able to get to Mexico City on time for conference.

The most unprofessional and disorganized experience I’ve ever had with an airlines. After the flight was diverted on the runway and we returned to the gate, there was no communication about the plans and it took an additional 5 hours to get set up with a hotel and a new flight, information that was not readily given to the passengers and mostly gotten second hand from what other passengers heard from each other. Based on this experience I cannot recommend flying delta again

Everything was smooth and easy to fly. No complains and a lot of thanks!

Smooth boarding and I always like when the crew asks passengers with tight connections to deplane first. I wasn’t in that group but many times needed to be. When the staff asks for it the other passengers usually listen.

Boarding was good, staffs on the second flight to Korea was invisible all the time. Water was only offered 3 times during a 15 hours plus flight. It’s absolutely not enough for such a long flight!

715PM departure was 2.5 hours late. Received hotel & food voucher but after we already booked a room. Entire team just seemed like they were 2-3 steps behind in execution, and notifcations.

Premium seemed like first class, nice seats, great food, competent and friendly flight attendants. Very nice flight.

More filling food and more entertainment options would be cool.

1 hour waiting for suitcases to come out traveling in business class and food in business class is a sandwich? Avoid Aeromexico .

We were sitting on the plane for half an hour before we arrived at the gate after landing. We had to wait half an hour to collect our luggage.

It was good! Appreciated that it was very on schedule so it made the connecting flight less stressful

Trip was smooth bumpy from the wind but no issues at all the crew attendant was very pleasant and had great customer service

Too many fees (but that seems to apply to all airlines nowadays)

I liked that we arrived earlier, you could improve your snacks give away

Again a nearly five hour flight and pretzels is all the food you get and all you can drink water. No electric plugs in economy. Staff was totally not caring. Delta next time

Small plane (and thus a bumpy ride), small seats (and a large man next to me), absolutely terrible wifi, and no food options to speak of.

The seats seem to be a little cramped, and there really is no entertainment unless you use your own device, which I'm not able to do.

I liked that handicap assistance was right inside the door. I was able to get help right away. It is stressful when I have to think of flying and know that an airport is a large place and there is always a great distance to get to the loading area. My walking is not great anymore. With so many people flying, it is so great to have someone to assist you. I am very grateful for the help.

Include at least some snack in the airfare and distribute it for free in flight rather than have customers pay for it. Customers are more likely to accept a $10 increase in air ticket than but a snack in flight for $5.

Transfer from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3 by bus is chaotic, because as per information Free Shuttle Bus was supposed to take passengers from Domestic Terminal 1 to International Terminal 3, but the bus took us from Terminal 1 to terminal 2, then to Terminal 1 ,, 2 and finally to Terminal 3

The flight was great until towards the end when the flight attendant read an excessively long commercial for purchasing an american airlines credit card. The worst part is that we are doing a lot of traveling this year so i was actually interested in getting the credit card, but I was so annoyed with the long commercial that I completely dismissed the flight attendant bringing around the information. Next time, keep the sales pitch to 10 seconds and then pass around the brochures!!

The absolute worst. Our flight from Madrid to Charlotte was delayed nearly 2hrs which cost us to miss our connecting flight. The only availability was to either separate my party of four (two being children) several other locations to reach our final destination. The other was drop us off at entirely different location we never intended on going. Thus resulting in us driving a rental 2 hrs to our original final destination. On top of that the flight from Madrid was uncomfortable and some staff were extremely rude.

I have not found it to be easy to set up on Wi-Fi with American Airlines. I don’t know if it is me or poor instructions.

Apart from the delay due to unforeseen circumstances. The leg from sjc to dfw was fine. It was the leg from dfw to orf that we encountered issues mainly due to the flight attendant crew not being friendly. We had two small children and we needed some assistance to warm up milk so the baby would sleep. The crew just didn’t get it and made things very difficult. One made a remark that the baby’s dirty diaper smell was a “gift” to the plane in a rude way. Normally I’d brush that off as a funny comment if the rest of the trip the attendants were helpful or understanding of the difficulty we faced. But that wasn’t the case. We were met with rudeness on the second leg. Whereas on the first leg the crew were so nice and helpful.

Being back games on the in-flight entertainment. Also your flight attendants need a break, raise, or overall attitude adjustment.

The male steward shoved me hard when i sleeping on the isle, woke me up the only way incan descripe it was Violently. I wanted to cause a scene but was able to putnmy anger innch check, i want complain to AA

It was wonderful upgrading to first. Plane was so cold thou. Crew was great. Wish there was a food option in first for such a long flight. Doesnt matter the time of day. Chintzy.

It was a horrible snow storm, but updates were inconsistent and the app never displayed a remotely accurate time or gate until very close to boarding.
