Find cheap flights from Hong Kong to Calgary

Generally good but there wasn’t any staff available when my luggage didn’t appear at baggage claim in Fresno. It took about half an hour to locate a staff member to open up the room where it was being kept.

The ride was good but no food ot entertainment hence, it was just over an hour flight.

The service was non existent . Crew did very little didn’t even answer call button . Premium economy in this long haul was the worst I have ever experienced . Never again flying with them .

Aircraft has better leg room than any of United's larger planes. We had requested mobility assistance for this and related flights. United's response to all was superb.

No snacks served! Seating in the kast row in uncomfortable.

Flight was fine, it was delayed but only 30 minutes, staff were efficient, lady making announcements at LAX was really hard to understand but the rest were great.

The male air hostess was rude and didn’t even offer me a drink. Poor customer service!

We left really late. Things that were out if anybody’s control I guess.

Couldn’t get the tv screen to work, didn’t try food, so no comment

Crew was wonderful and attentive. Chris (I think that was his name as I was seated in the back in 52F) was amazing and funny. The captain was informative and did everything to get us to Denver as close to on time as possible. Bags came quickly at baggage claim. Online check in would not allow me to change my seat 24 hours ahead of time with dozens of seats showing open and I really do not enjoy being in the back of the plane for long international flights.

Not full, so lots of room, which is really the only thing that can make flying economy more comfortable. Direct to Toronto is great! I didn't eat or use the entertainment.

It was overall above average experience. If there is only one thing i could complain about was the lack of wifi availability on my flight from Vancouver to San Francisco

All was good, except our baggage was lost for most of a day. We are thankful that it was found quickly and delivered to our hotel. Rouge was fine outside of that problem.

You do not have a space for flight cancelled. BUT!!! Air Canada handled it great. Was booked on another airline for the next day. The original flight was booked solid. But he precheck by the maintenance found a mechanical problem and the plane was not safe to fly. It was an inconvenience to have to wait until next day but I would rather arrive safely.

Very good other than we have to wait for one crew and we’re delayed and the pilot and his co- pilot has to make a difference to be right on time arrival. Disappointed about no food service also.

Was in business class. After dinner service, I think the stewards figured everyone should be a sleep as the stewards dissappeared. Had to fend for ourselves for a while.

Glad to see the staff of Air Canada take preference in protecting their customers from unruly passengers before they board. Well done

This website did not advise the prices were in $USD, when the flyer (me) was flying within Canada only and only a Canadian resident, and booking this flight in Canada. Furthermore, the area to board the plane was unusually hot and sweaty.

Flights on time. Friendly/pleasant ground and in-flight staff. Better snacks and films with captions,

Affordable & comfortable. Not sure why a party of two I booked at the same time got seated separately.
