Their bar selection could be greatly improved; they only had one spirit option

Music would have been great and information about the flight. Meaning how high and the weather conditions.

It was good but the food was small for the duration of the flight.

Pleasant experience checking in. Seating is way too tight, especially for persons who are not petite. I thought the pilot was excellent in terms of his commentary and information. Wrong gate information on boarding passes. If I was not alert I could have lined up to board the wrong plane.

The crew was excellent, check in was easy ,the food wasn't good, movies should be recent and more selections

The captain was great he made jokes and make thebflight very comfortable. Alerted us about the islands we flew over and Yolandra and her team took great care of us, very personable.

Terrible boarding , Business class seats are sub standard. As usual crew will miss your food too

The absolute worst. Our flight from Madrid to Charlotte was delayed nearly 2hrs which cost us to miss our connecting flight. The only availability was to either separate my party of four (two being children) several other locations to reach our final destination. The other was drop us off at entirely different location we never intended on going. Thus resulting in us driving a rental 2 hrs to our original final destination. On top of that the flight from Madrid was uncomfortable and some staff were extremely rude.

Delayed, missed connecting flight, ground crew double charged for international charges, were super rude and told me to just”deal with it” when I complained. Horrible airline, very frustrating.

Flight was on time and luggage arrived undamaged. My main complaints revolve around comfort. The seats were very uncomfortable. We were unable to sleep as a result. The entertainment offerings were all on the wifi. Who wants to watch a movie on their phone? The flight staff did the best they could with what they had to offer, which was just little snacks and soda, etc. My Delta flight was a much better experience in contrast.

It was my second AA flight in a week where there was no air movement. Initially, I just thought it was me however, as we were getting off the airplane, several individuals were commenting on how stuffy and hot the cabin was on the flight. This was the second flight in a week that was like this - very odd

The flight attendants were rude. People sitting next to me agreed as well. Wifi wasn't to bad... it went into and out a few times.

There was a huge weather delay and crew and pilots handled it amazing! So many people had connections and they were so helpful and cheering people on to make them

I have traveled with American for decades since I am based in Dallas, it is rare that I do not use them. I upgrade or I get upgraded to business class regularly. I notice the difference in the crews based on when they take drink orders. Before we take off or waiting until we are 20,000 feet up. This crew was exceptional. We had two people working business class while the plane loaded and everyone was served before takeoff. The attention to detail by the crew was exceptional. All I had to do was look up and eye contact was made and I received what I asked for. This is truly why I fly American. There are some routes where the crew do the very least and some that are exceptional. This was certainly service that other crews should strive for.
