Find cheap flights from La Paz to Quito

It was confusing because I got a notification that my gate was changed when in reality it wasn’t

I missed my plane because there was a lot of people during the migration process. The airline has the chance to care for their clients and they could get the passengers missing in the flight. I lost a day of work and Montfort transportation to go back home and go to the airport again. Unfortunately the airline doesn’t care about that. I use latam at least 4 times a year, so I guess I need to be treat better. In addition, one on my baggages didyarricw to my destination. So frustrated with this trip.

Everthing ok , crew very nice but but we had a bad experience with the wheel chair we had to wait too much for the chair, my husband couldn’t walk and he was in lot of pain , LATAM has to take care of that

It’s been some time since I saw the plane and the cabin that old and worn out.

Not very good, they nickel & dime you for better seats & pay extra for the checking in bag, bad service all the way around

I loved how polite the crew was even though some of them wasn't the best with English that they still done everything they could to help me with my needs food was amazing

Flight was great Customer service was questionable until we found someone at checkin to help us. One young lady took all our passports disappeared for 15 minutes, came back with nothing done, handed to someone else and left for lunch. Very complacent. Baggage was very expensive until we went to the service counter and a separate person helped us. Even with platinum status they wouldn’t allow free bags. We will continue to fly Delta as our preferred carrier but will avoid checking in with Latam. Dr. Armand Radke

Hostile flight attendants. Second flight with Jose so much better. Arrived 1/2 hour early. Thanks.

Tough flight with turbulence… I was told by a fellow passenger that it is common. Nonetheless, very stressful. Cordial staff.

Avianca flights to Galapagos and back and well organized and on time.

This is the Spirit of Latino travel. And don’t even get me started on customer service.

Boarding was very expedite. The chairs are fixed you can't rest comfortable during the flight.

There was absolutely no food or drink service unless it was paid for. I am not used to this.

They could offer food and drink without having to pay extra for it,

I flew with my service dog unfortunately they didn’t allow it to flight on the canine, but ok, the only problem was that when I arrived to Quito it took 1 hour to deliver my dog, they were supposed to deliver it the moment we get off the airplane.

Flight departure late. Got late in Colombia making us take a different flight next day. Avianca airport crew messed up my ticket so when a I got in Brazil I didn’t have a ticket for my destination. Had to buy a new ticket out of my pocket.

Terrible Business cabin from GRU to BOG. I also flew from BOG to CUN on Premium seat, another disappointment. Not even water is offered for free! Avianca should be ashamed about this poor service.

Avianca was organized in boarding and disembarking and all announcements were made in both Spanish and English 👍🏼
