The helpful attitude of the staff, and being a wheelchair passenger everyone was helpful and understanding. The trip was made comfortable by the upgraded seat which was given without my request, that was a great surprise. Thank you Delta.
Everything went well with the flight. But one of the flight attendants had on inappropriate pants. She had on an old worn out pair of sweat pants. The back seam was unrivaled and should not have been worn for work. If I had not seen her in the airport with the standard type of luggage, I certainly would not have thought she was working for Delta. Not a good look at all for representation.

The plane was one hour late cause they were doing some reparations with us on the plane no mention I was in the first seat and the door was open the entire time with 8 degrees! The plane was totally dirty no mention old ! The staff was nice but no put together, the attention to details and passenger experience is missing and i always travel first !!! Is better the lounge than the plane! KLM/air France every details is taken care maybe you need a creative creator or experience client need asap was terrible and not memorable for the price that I payed very dissatisfied

We flew early evening on New Year's Eve. Our plane was less than half full... Great for the passenger experience -- not so much for the airline lol. Comfortable, spacious, smooth flight -- and early arrival!
First time travel in economy and the worst experience I ever had ! Shame on paying 600 dollars to be in a tuna can ! Service was terrible no even water no even class no even matters your flight attendants were lazy and sloppy very bad experience! After all these years traveling in first and once I try this cause I need to go to a destination for an emergency wow shame on you !

Flight was smooth and comfortable. The crew were exceptional. Amanda, Nichole and Hershel were attentive to our every need. So friendly. My daughter and I were surprised at quality of service. The E195-E2 is a great aircraft! Leather seats, lots of legroom and SO quiet! The flight crew is terrific!
Check in was slow because of passenger ahead in Reserve line. Seats were somewhat uncomfortable.
Delayed by 2.5 hours. This happened previously on my flight from YOW to YVR on Dec. 26.2023. This is a terrible airline. The reason was there was lack of ground crew. This is a known event. AVOID PORTER AIRLINES IF YOU CAN. There is a reason half the plane was empty.
Flight delayed 6 hr. Looking for compensation and will claim for it.allow US people to fix to avoid huge delay having a canadian tech to fix it.
I didn’t make my flight due to poor weather and I had an accident driving there. I tried to get my money back or even credit and nothing. I have an entire flight both to Florida and back that I paid for and no one will give me any money back. I know this isn’t just Porter and it’s 3rd party- however airlines should allow these companies to take money for things they don’t get. I’m so upset. Who can afford a full flight they never take?
Flight Ottawa to Toronto canceled and no crew was available to direct me on what to do. I opened a file and I wait to be compensated.
New jet. Lots of leg room. On time departure. Early arrival. Reasonable airfare. Excellent online experience.
I had checked in online the day before but was instructed to collect our boarding passes when we arrived. I am not completely comfortable using the automated Kiosks and always enjoy the nostalgia of speaking with someone when checking in for a flight. Upon doing so however, we were immediately asked,"did you check in online already?" To which I replied, "yes, but we were asked to retrieve our boarding passes upon arrival." She then said, "that's what those machines over there are for. We really encourage people to use those." That unfortunately sparked a series of shortness and overall poor behavior in my opinion from the woman who checked us in. I understand it was early in the morning but I am always excited to experience flying and that interaction has unfortunately left a bitter taste in my mouth to the point I will forever now hesitate to book with Porter again. No food, not even snacks on the 6hr flight from Newark to Vancouver! The movie collection made up for it though and they did come around with drinks twice. Just good to know so you can eat ahead/bring snacks onto the flight. It was a bumpy ride induced by wind and rain but otherwise got to the destination safely and promptly.
Announcements were to loud, too insistent and too often. The same messages can be made in a nice relaxed, yet efficient manner. There is no need to "talk down" as if on a mild power trip. It's immature and unnecessary. This is a constant irritant especially with Air Canada. Learn from your European competitors to have a bit of class.
My flight was cancelled. The flight they booked me on was delayed over 2 hours with mechanical problems so I missed my connection and they ran out of hotel rooms, so I had to book and pay for it on my own. I also had to pay for food out of pocket. It was a terrible experience.
Date was for a day earlier than I realized and no email or text up on check in. At least I could have made an effort to re-arrange my schedule to use the flight. 100% write off + cost of new ticket.
The agents lied and said flight was completely full, (wasn’t even have full) then proceeded to take everyone’s roller bags even though there was plenty room to accommodate them on the flight.
The Air Canada agents in Newark are the best in the system!

Flying all the way from India non stop and got a connective plane to Toronto to see this kind of experience. Unbelievable, I am sorry I had to express this way But it is true You ask
very late flight, small uncomfortable seats. no refreshments except small plastic cups of juice or water, no snacks, no food given, no earphones given unless you pay.who has earphones with jacks anymore? what good are those except for your plane?
Flew Business Class that gave me privileges at the Maple Leaf Lounge which I was looking forward to as this was the Saturday before Thanksgiving, but LGA was quiet. Regardless, the Maple Leaf Lounge was really tranquil and relaxing, sto=cked with a large breakfast selection that had 2 omelettes, sauteed onions and peppers to throw on them, really good bacon, delicious fingerling potatoes, oatmeal with a big variety of garnishes, fresh fruit and cheese, bagels, muffins and other continental items. There was a good coffee machine with terrific espresso (EVEN DECAF ESPRESSO), cans and pitchers of juice, soda amchine and beer taps. By the time I left they had switched the fruit out for salad in advance of lunch and it look like a thorough selection with chicken. The view of the gates and fray below added tot he cocoon I felt I was in. I would pay to do it again and it definitely added to it. For the two flights I was on (to YYZ connecting to YQB) I was served a nice cheese and fruit plate even though they were about an hour. Impressively, on te shorter YYZ to YQB leg I was served warm nuts as well as a hot towel. I only get that when flying long flights on a lie flat seat on the American legacy carriers. Service was warm, welcoming and just made me feel wonderful. I would consider Air Canada for any destination if price were competitive based on the great service.
