Both flights were late for what appeared to be the airline’s not having the planes ready. Arrived over 6 hours late.

Overall great flight experience- on time, lots of food and movies.

I'm Canadian. I have the unfortunate experience of pretty not having the choice to fly with them. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

Staff and crew were very helpful. I wish there was less delays on the flights that made it stressful for the connecting flights.

Rude staff and seats are only can accommodate small people. If you 6 feet and up be ready for struggle.

I lost my luggage in this flight with all my personal belonging including critical medications and until now no one from Lufthansa contacted me despite filling the claim immediately after arriving to the final distinction.

Worst baggage handling system. Our bags were delayed and multiple calls to customer service agents didn't help. The customer service is really poor and do not provide any update. The airport ground staff also are not helpful in terms of providing right information. False information was provided that the bag has not reached SFO.

The flight attendants on this flight were incredible! One even gave me her own dinner when my special meal order wasn’t transferred due to a flight delay! She insisted and I was so grateful. That is going above and beyond! The issue I had with the flight was with Lufthansa support. I missed my connection due to a flight delay and they wouldn’t rebook online, only in person. This took a lot of time and visits to the airport waiting for a Lufthansa agent to arrive 5 hours later than posted and almost paying full-fare price for the new flights and refusal to add my special meal orders. It made for a challenging journey home and I didn’t feel valued as a customer.

Plane left 1 hour and 30 min late due to a faulty gate at the airport . they should have changed the gate immediately and minimize the delay. Due to this fact I lost my connection in Munich and ended up staying 12h in the airport . I got rebooked and for the troubles i got a 15 euro voucher witch is barely enough to buy a bottle of water in the airport . A bottle of water is 6 to 7 euros in the airport a sandwich is 12 to 20 euros . a sleep cabin is 17 to 20 an hour . their compensation is mediocre at least it has not changed the amount in the past 10 years , where the prices since then have . On top of this on my return they broke both of my check in bags another 500 USD damage

Uncomfortable seats, small, with displaced metal structures under the seats that make it impossible to sit properly for 10 hours of flight. This type of seats should only be allowed on short local flights of up to 2 hours, not on 10-hour intercontinental flights where one can hardly walk and go to the toilet due to lack of space. There is no question of short "walks" enabling circulation, due to lack of space. Audio video system not working (freezing), headphones not working (very low quality). The plane's staff did not respond to calls and were engaged in long and loud conversations among themselves. They served only at assigned times to deliver meals.

Overall flight was fantastic.i really enjoy the whole journey .
