Copa me elige como "voluntario" para cambiarme y poder enviar a una familia a la cual había sobrevendido los tiquetes. Finalmente me envían a las carreras con Avianca, pero Copa lleva mis maletas hasta Panama y luego las devuelve a mi aeropuerto de origen, dejandome sin mis pertenencias y además no asumen la responsabilidad ya que dicen que es problema de Avianca Literalmente vi cuando el avión de Copa se lleva mis maletas, sus funcionarios en Bogota, incluyendo la gerente local me aseguran la entrega en Miami, pero simplemente era para poder engañarme y dar el cambio de silla por sobreventa

The only poor experience was the flight the day before was canceled. I have flown enough to change as soon as notified. That was a huge plus for AA. Obviously I paid out of pocket for a hotel. Not AA choice , it was mine. I had resources. Other friends on the same flight were more affected. I know everyone is doing their best and the ability to change my flight was a good move AA.😀

Had technical issue which delayed the flight period. Flight crew knew there was 5 passengers that the connecting flight was within 15 minutes once at the gate. Rather than identify the 5 passengers to assure they got first. The flight attended mentioned it but didn't assist to assure passengers with connecting flights off first. This caused a hardship and our party of 3 missed the connecting flight.

Biggest issue was original flight canceled and booked to another flight 6 hours earlier and received no notification

Flight was canceled and then rescheduled on another flight. Paid for first class but moved to the back of the plane. Then put up in the worst/dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. American Airlines should be ashamed of putting their passengers/customers in a place that filthy.

No service due to turbulence. No entertainment on this type of aircraft. But nice old comfortable seats.

Boarding process was very similar to frontier or spirit. Gate agent measuring bags and denying boarding/checking bags.

We appreciated that the AA agent at the check in desk was aware that we might not make our connecting flight from Liberia to Miami due to delays. He immediately got us on an earlier flight, which meant less time in the airport and the ability to catch our flight home. Without him, we might had to spend a night in Miami, which we could not do due to work schedules once we got home. This action is what made this flight sequence excellent.

Theresa Spencer, a stewardess on the flight, was outstanding. Her kindness, helpfulness and watchful eyes made my flight especially comfortable. She's an excellent employee.

all good still 18 min late taking off. Wish AA could get with the program and be one time for once.

The flight was on time, boarding process good. Good value flight.

I paid extra for a comfortable seat in the second flight, but the plane didn't have those seats, the first one did

The Arajet person who greeted us initially was unhelpful & rude about the mandatory migration form which has to be completed digitally but the systems don’t work properly. The boarding gate was changed twice and initial boarding was delayed. Once on board we we had to wait an hour and a half before take off. It was hot and there was very little room for tall-ish people to fit their knees in. The crew were pleasant but working in a poor situation. The plane was delayed because we were waiting for people from a delayed interconnecting flight. Arajet must have known that before we were asked to board. Better information, decisions & communication were needed.

My seat was broken and the crew had to find me somewhere else to sit. The crew was extremely courteous about this

Don’t fly with Spirit unless you wanna be treated like trash. Racist employee too

My flight was delayed twice, when I arrived 1.5 hours before the rescheduled departure, they said the flight was closed, and I should have been there when it was originally supposed to board. They rebooked me for the following evening, but only after I showed them the two boarding delays.

It was a worse experience. The boarding staff was rude and rude to my family. We had to endure shouting and humiliation in front of all the passengers for a bag I was carrying.

This was my first and my last time flying with Spirit Airlines. From checking in to de-planing it was not an enjoyable travel experience. Everything felt very budget and amateur hour. I will commend the employees I encountered for trying to do what they could to improve the situation. However, they couldn’t make up for all the other things - small uncomfortable seats with no usb plugs, no entertainment options, lack of adequate staff to assist with check in, etc. Even if the ticket price is more, I will choose another airline next time.

The plane itself felt old, rattled a lot, was louder than most planes, and made us so nauseous that our son vomited on both flights.

Flight attendant very friendly. Seats not adjustable like before. I was in the middle seat and two big guys next to me isn’t to pleasant. No used to have delays in the past and now is too often.

Wifi went from normal to very slow. Some sites wouldn't load

No entertainment. No food given out but junk food for sale.. Great staff onboard and flight was thankfully quick and event free.

II didn’t like getting an email at 3:30 in the morning eight hours before takeoff that the flight was canceled. YYou could have done whatever you should have to make sure everybody who is counting on your flight to get somewhere got taken care of .
