The flight was excellent, I recommend people to fly with Delta

I would fly again the whole experience was great. The only feed back I can give that they don't do that American Airlines does is the crew there is more humorous with boarding and thank their passengers. It makes it more fun to fly with them. I would however fly Delta again.

Flight was delayed an no one make an announcement about it., they only have Coca Cola and nothing else., the food that was served was cold… very bad experience and service

Seat back monitors and outlets were dead and not working.

I had a great travel experience as there weren't any delays and I was able to get to Mexico City on time for conference.

When we enter the airplane there were many water drops falling from the ceiling all the way long to the seat , and when it departs were even more over us getting the hair wet , and later on was too hot , the A/C not work well.

Ho mangiato al bar dell'aeroporto un piatto di d'insalata con 4 anelli di calamari col voucher di 30 dollari perché la cucina dell'albergo era chiusa ed ho dovuto pagarmi la bibita, 8 dollari per una birra, e anche la colazione del giorno dopo non compresa, deplorabile.

Very crowded, unorganized, people pile up to the gate before their seat is called. Becomes a cluster. Why not board first and premium then start main cabin from the back?

Flight and seats were great. Food service was average at best. The real main problem we had is that we got cheeseburgers for the kids but the plates was extremely hot. Like ridiculously hot and the stewardess never said anything. Luckily or unluckily my wife touched the plate and was able to deal with it before the kids got burned.

Very nice flight, easy connections in Keflavík, and friendly crew.

I will never fly this airline again. Checking in was poor , we had to go back to the check in counter at Raleigh - Durham international airport three times because they didn’t issue my boarding pass but rather duplicated my husband’s twice which caused a big headache at the passport control at the airport which triggered security alert and wouldn’t let us pass through we we had to wait for long time to be able to explain and clear everything after talking to the supervisor.. No food on the plane , not even crackers. No food was offered to buy ether . No ear phone was provided . Very little time to make from one plane to another and nobody to assist with smooth transition. Flight itself , we felt safe so thank you to the pilots . But customer service was terrible . We spent $ 2500 on 2 tickets, so I cannot say that service was consistent with the price .

Seats are way too much now with these new airplanes especially long flights like we had. I was 7 month pregnant and in a lot of discomfort due to small seats.

Travelling with a 2 year old and being seated at the last row right by the toilet was the worst experience I had in a long time. Please do better for other parents

One small complaint: people in economy frequently were coming through the curtain to use the saga lavatory.

Food was horrible. This wasn’t business class. No leg space, can’t sleep in row position, huge delay

So Iceland Air is one step above Spirit Airlines. They do not feed you unless you pay for it or are in Saga Class. So, bring your food. They have a drink service, but it's in a large Dixie cup. Ask for the can, that is the only way you'll get a real drink. Also, we missed our connecting flight so they put us up in a flea-bag motel. Don't get me wrong, the staff was nice and friendly, however, there was no shower gel or shampoo in the hotel. We have to go to the corner store to pick some up. The room was not in great shape. Holes in the bathroom, a badly repaired ceiling in the room. The window was warn out. So, you get the just of how bad it was.

I liked how easy my transfers between flights in Keflavik were. I would have appreciated more food options in Keflavik.

The plane was flaming hot! Could not breathe. Everyone coughing from heat. Awful.

on plane service was excellent - we flew business class. And everything ran on schedule - always a good thing. However, the transfer is Reykyavik - both going and coming - was really crowded and confusing. It's tough enough when you're tired from a long flight - but then to push through heavy crowds to get on to a shuttle bus seems like they don't have the facilities to support the numbers.

Food not so good. Need more veggies and whole grain especially the late food. Couldn’t figure out how to use the entertainment system.

Horrible seat allocation. Boarding was slow. Food was average and so was entertainment. The TV terminal didn't work and so had to use remote.

This was a late night flight but the lights was on all the time and kids were screaming and many people were so loud. I was expecting to have a little rest on the plane considering it is late night but this way I couldn't. I think if at least the light would've been off / lower then people could feel they should be quieter.

Economy seating has been dumbed diwn so far that it is uncomfortable for an average adult. Too small, too cramped, no room to move, and hard as a rock.

Flight staff was amazing! They deserve a raise. Middle seat was very uncomfortable

Ord ->LHR->Rome no glitches , food disappointing Rome->LHR->ORD late , missed flights , had to stay overnight in London , missed flight in Chicago Plane was cold , one bathroom had no bright light in it , mediocre dinner , snack one step up from dog food . Crew was nice . Would try another airline to Rome next time

Left late because too many people with carry on and not enough room.

No onboard entertainment. Seats that did not recline and food for purchase only for a flight where we in seat for 5 hours.

Really enjoyed the flight , good food . Staff very polite. Had difficulty with the TV
