It’s less complicated from Culebra to SJU airport. Next time I will prefer to leave from Isla Grande airport to Culebra !!

10 seat Cesna. Equal parts transportation and adventure. 20 minute hop at 10000 feet and 160 mph, sitting 10 feet from the pilot. Panoramic views of the island. Very simple boarding, very low stress. VQS airport tiny, undeveloped. Highly recommended flight, Cape Air doing a great job here.

We traveled in a small Cesna so there was no food or entertainment. The pilot was excellent enjoy being able to see the places we were flying above. It was an OK flight.

Very smooth flight and landing. Pilot delivered his safety instruction in such a monotone that it wasn’t easily understandable. Words were said but he didn't communicate to us. If he was communicating to someone he cared about, he would have used inflection and other nuances of speaking. Virtually all emphasis was removed so it was just blah blah blah (really fast, like the end of a Pharma commercial)

My pilot on Cape Air was AMAZING!!!! I hoping that next time I fly I have him as my pilot. He made me feel safe and secure in his skills.

After 14 hour delaybwith departure time changed 9 times then announcing the flight was canceled. Another later announcement said the cancelation was in error. Also after paying a higher fare to leave in the afternoon then departing at 4am was not right.

I cannot say this enough, I NEVER BOARDED OR HAVE HAD ANY TRAVEL IN THE PAST YEAR. However your app says ive been traveling a lot lately. GET REAL HUMANS TO GIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

late lack information taney changed my sit even after i had checked i. a day prior and had been at airport checked in for 5 hrs. i have medical condition that i need to sit in aisle but changes to window. only apparent at boarding and they had no explanation why they changed my boarding pass and had no other seats. very bizarre, uncaring and disrespectful. Made my trip very challenging I should sue you. will NEVEr fly JB again. Ever. Would have blasted in social media but did not want to disclose my medical disability.

The plane smelled bad, the temperature in the plane was over 75 with times over 80. Jet blue tried to mask the smell of armpits married with butt. Overall mediocre. Crew was nice

The boarding and flight were ok, but there were several painful issues. The flight was 3:20 in the air and almost four hours door to door, but they only had snack packs on the plane. They really need to have food on longer flights or make it clear to everyone that they won’t have food. They also advertise free WiFi, but it did not work for 90% of this flight. Again, almost four hours door to door. If I had known I was flying spirit for JetBlue prices then I would have planned differently.

Did not wait long for wheelchair and attendant to arrive after checking in. Wheeled down to plane Was greeted with a smile when entering the plane Choice of snacks was very limited to 2 items.

One hour delayed departure resulted in problems with planned ground transportation at my destination.

Our actual Flight was great & smooth but it was delayed for 4 hours and Jetblue weren't able to accommodate us in the earlier flight. That was Awful. I lost work/clients because of this delay

Theres several thing i will like to mention and please share this feedback with JetBlue. I was concerned that the food options were limited. Theres no vegetarian options on the sandwiches that they offer on board. Vegetarian options are limited to only cheese and crackers,. Specially on mid day flights there should be more options offered to people. Second comment is that during the flight I watched TWO movies without audio, I tried a few ear sets to listen and none of them worked. Its a shame that they were good movies however no audio. Maybe updating the auxiliary cable and making Bluetooth connections on media will be great. Finally, the bathroom on the plane looked like they needed an update, being remodeled or changed. They look dirty however they are not. Maybe changing, replacing some pieces and updating the air filters will be great. This is not an aesthetic recommendation however a necessary one.

There were 3 leg for the trip and each leg was delayed by 90 minutes or more. The boarding process takes forever with people waiting on the jetway even though most folks do not have carry-on. The whole process is poorly managed.

Better than I expected but I did pay for a seat and carry on bags ahead of time.

Terrible. Initially we were shocked by the outrageous baggage fees we needed to pay at check in for our so-called "discounted, economy flight" - we paid over $200 (!!) for one check-in and 2 carry-on bags - this felt like a real bait-and-switch" scam. Our flight from Phoenix to SFO was delayed by 4 hours. Multiple apparent causes (from needing to make space for other planes that were landing late to problem with cabins pressure system, and whatever...). After de-boarding and re-boarding we still waited at least an hour on a cramped, poorly ventilated plane before take-off. Seats were cramped, uncomfortable - did not recline at all. No water until we were flying for a while. No complimentary snacks. Upon arrival at SFO my luggage was sent upstairs to the check-in counter. The customer service person there refused to let me examine a bunch of bags that were sitting on a nearby cart because it was "behind the counter", rather made me wait until another attendant did an exhaustive and failed (?computer) search, came back and told me they were unable to locate my bag. I asked her to look on the cart, lo and behold, there was my bag just a few feet away! Missed my choir rehearsal that evening due to all of the delays. One more thing, a few days later my husband and I tested positive for Covid. Since we both are fully vaccinated, careful about masking and have never had Covid previously, we will never know, but suspect we may have acquired the infection during the prolonged wait on your poorly ventilated plane (person in the row in front of us was coughing). After registering a complaint, we received a measly $50 voucher for future flights. Needless to say we have no intention of flying with Frontier Airlines ever again.

Pro: The stuff was great. Friendly, patient and caring. Our seat row was clean. The bath room was clean. Our flights were close to on time. Con: The leg room is too small. No blankets or pillows. No entertainment devices at all. I can’t remember to have a food choice. I would fly again with frontier for short distances.

My first time to fly Frontier and loved it! Boarding was super easy as we only had personal items. Crew was helpful and funny and the plane was clean. Pilot was also great at landing the plane smoothly.

Poor communication. Plane was available, but crew to fly. It was not so flight was delayed. Our flight was overbooked, so carry-on. Baggage was denied without proper notification before hand. Cost of bags to be checked is outrageous.

Everything was on time and smoothly run. All employees appeared happy and enjoying their job. The delay in take-off was unrelated to anything in Frontier’s control. I wish there were a caffeine-fee, sugar free soda drink option besides water. There are multiple zero sugar caffeine free options.

Smooth process and flight. My favorite kind. Uneventful and on-time!

If you take this airline, they WILL change the flight time, and make you miss your connection. It has happened every time I used it. It's so unreliable that I think it shouldn't be offered on Kayak. You will regret it!

In addition to the fact that Silver changed the flight time several days before the trip without offering any choices , I was sick with Covid and unable to go on the trip. I tried to ask Silver for a credit for a flight when I’d recooperated but they don’t do credits, even for illness. I will Never fly on Silver again

I canceled due to a 7 hour delay. Was forced to book another airline last minute , very expensive. Silver Aorways sucks

I spent hours with orbitz to get my tsa # on my ticket. They didn’t have a place to enter. I will never use orbitz again. No customer service. A number in which u press offered options and the message replays instead of getting customer to that area. Silver did not make the promised call back. Finally someone responded to my email and took care of it after I lost hours of my vacation arranging this. Staff on flight barked orders.

Our pilot and flight attendant, Desiree, were great. I always fly this route and this crew was better than most.

The worst flight ever; 1st and last flying to this airlines

Easy boarding and deplaning. Short flight. Water was given but that was it.

Flight was delayed a bit since booking but otherwise everything was very good.

While this is a VERY SMALL plane; take-off to landing was fine. It's the constant departure time changes that wore me out and I'll try to never use this inconsistent airway again. Four delays in one day. Done!!!!!!

This has been, by far, my worst experience with an airline company. I had a reservation for a Tuesday at 8:30 pm departure from Gainesville, FL (1.5 hours - direct flight) I received an email on Monday that my flight had been changed to Monday at night to depart from Jacksonville, FL (and it was an 11 .5 hours flight ). There was no way I would have had the time to gather my things, drive 1.5 hours to the Jacksonville airport, and make it on time to board the plane. Besides, I had a full day of work on Tuesday. The only good thing I xan say about Silver airlines is that they did give me a refund, but I had to wait about 4 hours for a call back
