The flight was excellent, I recommend people to fly with Delta

Checking in at the airport the agent only booked the first keg of my trip and had my checked luggage going to the airport with a layover! Never was issued a boarding pass for the second leg or received sticker fir my checked bag. All was well in the end! Delta agents helped to resolve the situation!!!

Delta is one of the best airlines I have flown

On my way home I had a layover. The flight from ATL to CLT was amended 5x while I was waiting. I could have driven home sooner. Overall from Dallas, Tx to Charlotte, NC I started my trip at 4:30pm, I didn’t get home until past midnight. I know things happen, but 5x to make me run back and forth in an airport from different terminals is excessive.

Everything was very good other than I had selected a specific seat when I booked the flight and they changed it once I checked-in the day before my flight. I was still in first class but lost my aisle seat for a window seat. Being tall, the aisle offers more comfort so I always select an aisle seat.

Terrible. Do not book a trip with Delta to Roatan

Airline stewardess service is good. The check-in attendant had a bad attitude and was unprofessional. We did not complete the trip as originally planned. Very dissatisfied☹️ We didn't get on this flight

More space in the cabin. The guy in front of me leaned his seat back and I felt he was sitting in my lap.

Delta and partner KLM continue to deliver and excellent flying experience with professional crew members and in flight food and entertainment

Generally good but there wasn’t any staff available when my luggage didn’t appear at baggage claim in Fresno. It took about half an hour to locate a staff member to open up the room where it was being kept.

Flight delayed from Cape Town to Washington then got diverted to miami and in miami we had to fend for ourselves , im still trying to get to Shreveport now

The leg space between me and the seat in front of me was excellent.

Wheelchair assistance was not complete. The person left me at the departure gate without informing the groundstaff of my requirements. I had to walk to the departure counter to ask for help to reach the plane door. The crew informed me that in future they were not allowed to help passengers like me, senior citizen and Wheelchair passenger with placing their carry on bags in the overhead compartments!

There was a delay that was unexpected. The seats were uncomfortable for the length of the flight.

Nothing went smooth. From being threatened to pay $400 for omitting my middle name by agents in India or somewhere. In addition, I couldn't get an answer on how much a third bag would cost despite numerous calls to Lufthansa. Then I couldn't check in online because they wanted evidence of residency. I told them I have dual citizenship but that didn't help. Last but not least, my luggage didn't make it to my destination. I had Christmas presents that didn't get to family members on time. I also had to wait the entire day to have it delivered. I have never had such a bad experience with an airline. This is how you loose customers

Due to late arrival flight we missed the connection. There's no way possible we could have made it through customs and made the flight to Prague given the time allowed. Even if there was no delay from MIA to FRA I question if we would have made the PRA flight.

Upgrade planes to have larger overhead bins, especially on this popular route and first class. Easy flight to Chicago, good service in first class. Can't wait for seatback entertainment to be brought back. I like the free wifi and messaging with T-Mobile. Although, the tray tables are not big enough to work even on a small laptop - so why is it called "business" class?

I had a great flight experience on United Airlines. This was my first time flying on United and i have nothing negative to say. As a person with a visual disability, I received reasonable accommodations. The flight crew was friendly and attentive in helping me and communicating safety protocols. I really appreciate that they came to speak with me. I felt safe and comfortable flying on United. I also liked their snacks! They taste much better than the snacks offered by other airlines.

The wi-fi was awful. I paid $8 each way and got little , except frustration. .

Terrible boarding , Business class seats are sub standard. As usual crew will miss your food too

Awful customer service on the phone. No phone number on the website to call a real person. Website says changes are no charge but this is a lie. I had a cheaper ticket through Kayak therefore Finnair wouldn’t change it unless I would pay the entire fare again. I begged but their agents at the airport were rude and the online chat person cut off the call with no help. Super disappointed. Wont fly this airline again and will tell everyone I meet how bad it is. Crew on the flight was nice but otherwise huge disappointment.

Seats in coach aren't padded enough for a 6 hour flight

Was flying in premium eco and there were around 5-6 movies I wanted to watch and none of those could I play for some reasons. Not just me we checked w the person sitting next to me. Few of the movies were only playable :( Also that was not great that we couldn't upgrade to business however tried to, many times before the flight :(

Flight From PHX to CVG was on time, very professional staff

I guess the weather in the UK , but no one has any control over that , was missing a blanket for my knee on the plane though..

My trip was delayed for more than 3 hours without any explanation. Also I have a business meeting that I lost.

the handling of my luggage. It was Lost or stolen At my destination.

The flight attendants were superb and the service was outstanding. Some passengers with small children were very rude and inconsiderate, kids were constantly crying and some were running around the aisle unsupervised.

Seats were not the most comfortable and food options weren’t great but overall but everything else was excellent

Disappointed everytime. The app doesn't load the boarding passes. They have lots of agent that seem to be busy doing nothing with a long line waiting to get paper boarding passes. Food choices are poor. Entertainment is less than entertaining.

I was at the airport on time , I checked in my luggage . The plane was delayed and the gate was change. The flight board did not give information . I did not get chance to fly. I am going to make a claim for it

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

Dinner was good by air travel standards but breakfast was too light and heavy on carbs/sugar.

My flight was canceled. New flight is 40 hours later and I still didn’t get the flight from Frankfurt to Zagreb.

1. Food provided was not per the selection. 2. Very old and outdated media infotainment and not much language oriented films 3. Better provide with a proper headset rather cheap in ear headphones.

Lufthansa lost our luggage. After a lot of chasing on our part we got it back. The main problem is that there was no office in Bogota to help us outside of flighttimes. The customer service phone lines had no data on our luggage. I think Lufthansa need to invest in managing communications over lost luggage or this will end with everyone taking more luggage out of hold.

Flight left late. Missed connection. Rebooked in the morning. United couldnt find rebooking. Had to buy a new ticket to get home. Horrible all the way.

They allowed some guy to move seats after 3hours of him being next to someone very sick, There were several empty seats, but they moved him to mine. I find that incredibly inconsiderate and should not have been done.

The seats were tiny, being of a fairly petite build, I don’t usually expect to feel crammed and cramped in a seat, but I definitely was on this flight. I couldn’t even bend over to get anything out from under the seat in front and getting up to go to the bathroom at night with the seat backs reclined was nearly impossible. I had to do gymnastics to get over and out. For an airline that does long flights overnight, it’s kind of ridiculous.

Check in was horrendous! Economy took 2 hours before seeing an agent. Business class was 0.5 - 1 hour.

The crew was very attentive and kept busy serving a variety of treats!

British Airways canceled our plane and gave us a new flight scheduled to leave in only three hours, so we had to drop everything and rush to the airport. The new itinerary only left us a one hour layover in Madrid, which was too short because the plane landed late and so we missed our connecting flight. We were then booked onto a flight scheduled to take off 8 hours later, and were not given any compensation or remedial measures.

Suite door was jammed but seat itself was very comfortable.

No entertainment available on flight. Seating too cramped fir an average adult.

I was called up at the gate not knowing why and then handed over my passport and was told I was being upgraded from Premier economy to Business class and it was wonderful. I've never been upgraded before and it was such a pleasant experience.

Stewart's and Stewardesses were kind amd polite. Pilot communicated very well. Will definitely fly British Airways in the future.

The crew were great. The comfort and food was terrible, worst I have experienced in recent times and I fly a lot. It was like a refrigerator in the back and even with 4 blankets could not get comfortable. Seats are very tight and with the electronic box under the aisle seats, there was no legroom. BA did a bait and switch on the price, lowballing the price and then requiring add ons, like paying for a checked bag. While common on domestic flights, I have never had to pay for the first bag flying intercontinentally. Also, no “choice “ of seating at check in. There was not a single other free option. I could pay to choose a seat in the same row. I have never had this happen either.usually, at check in, you have a choice (I.e. free) on other airlines of what is not occupied in your section. I will never never fly BA again. Too bad, since the crew were some of the best with the best attitudes I have experienced.
