Loved the check-in experience. Very friendly staff and not crowded. I did wind up with a middle-middle seat, which was quite uncomfortable. Always appreciate the very professional staff on TAL.

There was a Turkish Airlines employee sat in 16A in the row in front of us. We understood that she was a Turkish Airlines employee from her interaction with the cabin crew and the fact that she boarded business but was sitting in economy with us. What annoyed us was the extremely loud conversation she had for the majority of the 12 hour flight with two men, one of which was leaning over the chair in front of her. This was annoying as they were so loud that my wife and I could still hear them despite wearing our noise cancelling earphones. No intervention was taken by the cabin crew. Secondly, she ordered some extra meals from the crew, which we believe to have come from business class, for her male friends. Seeing this in economy is very disheartening. Lastly, one of her male friends pulled out an e-cigarette and was only mildly reprimanded by the cabin crew. Overall, we consider this behaviour completely inappropriate of a Turkish Airlines employee. Next time we will book with Emirites, I don’t think that their employees would be allowed to behave in this manner.

There was a Turkish Airlines employee sitting in front of us, we noticed from her conversations we witnessed with the cabin crew and the fact that she boarded business class. She was sat in 16A. Firstly she was talking loudly the majority of the flight with two other men, one of which was leaning over the seat in front of her. This was disturbing as they were talking loudly and we were not able to sleep. The 12 hour long flight turned into a nightmare, even the noise cancellation didn’t work for their chatter. Secondly she requested extra meals from the crew for her male friends. We believe the meals came from business class. They also took their e-cigarettes out and were caught the cabin crew, but no further action was taken. Sitting in economy and seeing this is extremely disheartening. Next time I will book Emirites, I don’t think their staff would be allowed to behave like this.

The flight departed on time and the staff was professional.

A good airline, but at checking in, they allocated seats for my wife, and I far away from each other, and to change them, they wanted a payment, such a bad policy, it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth All was good on the plane, good food, but the air hostess was abrupt and a bit rough dealing with the passengers, but one has to find excuses for staff working under pressure

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

Flight canceled and then “uncanceled” after I booked are placement. I had to pay for both a Turkish Air doesn’t admit their mistake

Terrible. There was a rattling noise the whole flight. The internet didn't work after I paid. Boarding is very disorganized.

Food was OK.. nothing to rave about but it was tasty enough. Many choices to choose from for entertainment. Seats tight but comfortable. Flight attendants cheerful & helpful.

Prompt boarding, safe landing and they didn't lose our luggage. No entertainment and no USB plugs to charge phones. No food, though I might have been asleep.

Very very poor. Reliability is the main issue. The flight from Bangalore to Frankfurt was delayed by 8 hours and hence we couldn’t make the flight from Frankfurt to St. Louis ( which was later canceled by Lufthansa ) . Bangalore airport lounge 080 is EXCELLENT. The shower in the lounge is first class. Wished they had some extendable lounge chairs for sleeping for the weary passengers. FRANKFURT AIRPORT IS HORRIBLE! WILL NEVER EVER FLY IN OR OUT OF FRANKFURT. There is no jetways for the Lufthansa flight and the bus took so long to reach the next terminal. We had to clear immigration and security checks again and again though we are transit travelers.

The premium economy seat is one of the most comfortable that I experience. The food is also better than the ones you get in Economy, though the boarding was a missed opportunity, no priority observed, a complete mess.

Lufthansa lost our luggage. After a lot of chasing on our part we got it back. The main problem is that there was no office in Bogota to help us outside of flighttimes. The customer service phone lines had no data on our luggage. I think Lufthansa need to invest in managing communications over lost luggage or this will end with everyone taking more luggage out of hold.

It was United. I used the United app ahead of time, and no problems other than Frankfurt Flughafen being what it is.

This was my connection flight that was moved time ahead for a almost entire day so I lost it and I had to purchase new ticket once I landed in Copenhagen since nobody wanted to take responsibility for moving flight in that way so it’s impossible to make it. Very poor job by Underpricer, Air Serbia and SAS.

I purchased an exit row seat and priority boarding, about 3 months in advance. Without any communication whatsoever, my seat was moved to row 2, when I checked my reservation 2-3 days before departure. As no exit row seats were available anymore, I selected a seat 1C. However, once at the airport, I was issued maybe the worst possible seat, 29E, middle seat, one row before the last. It is not worth my time to request the refund on the ancillary purchase, I am simply done flying with Air Serbia. Also there was no boarding process to speak of at all, or online check in.

Lacking online check in, had to wait an hour in order to check in on the counter even without language.

This flight was better, plane was newer and didn’t have broken parts. Flight crew was very attentive and friendly.

Seats are very small and uncomfortable so such a long flight. My tray table was broken and taped up. Flight attendant untaped it to put my tray on. I taped it back up when done. The armrest between seats was broken and metal exposed. I will not book Air Serbia again.

Our flight was delayed from 1st July to 2nd July. But I wasnt informed! Checked my emails,every detail but I was definitely not informed! I and my family went to the airport on 1st July and learned that rhe flight is delayed to 2nd July at the airport! I am going to complain about this. I had to stay ın Kraljevo one more night. Luckily we could find a room. What ıf We couldn't?

To be honest, it was a fair flight, nothing more, nothing less. Since the route is short, I can accept poor in-flight service. The Belgrade airport is currently undergoing extensive reconstruction, which may result in some minor disruptions, but progress is expected to be made within the foreseeable future.

Omg my flight was delayed from 4pm to 9:45 pm with no explanation- that is ridiculous

Very poor embarkation in Belgrade , employees not friendly, not well organized. The flight was delayed by over 2.5 hours and the employees at the air Serbia desk at Belgrade were unhelpful, disinterested and all appeared more concerned about their snack (all were munching something) than assisting passengers

They didnt let me do the check in online. That was terrible cause I was coming from another country,so I had to go oit the airport and go un again through controls. They Also made me pay more for my bag which was very light. And the personal was not so nice.
