Flight was fine. It took an unusually long time to have baggage delivered to the carousel in ORD.

Flight delayed 3 times. We were directed to go to a gate across from our gate. The plane wasn't there yet so we had to wait for it to arrive, then deplane everyone and then wait again for the plane to be cleaned. After 45 minuites we were allowed on the plane. The first plane had mechanical issues. The 2nd plane must have had bathroom issues because we did not have any food service whatsoever. No snack or beverage. That made for a long time not to have anything considering that we had just made it to the original gate and we had no time to stop to get food or a drink. Then we didn't want to leave the gate to get food because we wouldn't know how much longer the delay would be. Then the next gate change. Had we been told that the total time would have been aprox 45 min later we would have left to get food and a beverage. We had to wait again for the okay to the pilot to take off so we were on the runway for another 20 min. Overall, we were delayed over 2 hours which felt like 4 hours.

Flight attendants had no personality! The looked miserable! My seat was broken in first class. I can’t believe how American Airlines changed. 😞

lounge was the highlight - seats weren't that comfortable - it was a full flight but no complaints

Always getting updates by email very easy to check in on line. There was plenty of checking in staff to get you all through. It was nice that the flight attendants took time to talk to you and were interested in your holiday.

Nothing, flight was supposed to leave at 758 am. My flight didn’t leave until 430 pm. Spent the whole day at the airport.

Some of the crew members were rude for no good reason

It was probably not the fault of the airline, but we taxied for about 15 minutes after landing and also had to wait 5 minutes or so near our gate.

Flight got delayed 1 hour from 1145 pm to 1245 am the another hour to 145 am just for them to cancel our flight. Waited until we gave up at 4 and decided to take an uber to a hotel since it was taking too long for them to provide us with one.

Ther is no fly,over book .and they let out in San pedro sula ,antil Monday 2 of October 2023

Our luggage is missing. We are at the Hotel Gran Via in Barcelona

Crew were very friendly and helpful. They explained to us in detail the delay in our takeoff due to the storm that rolled in from Belfast and did their best to make up the time. Always great to fly BA!

Great little city hopper plane. Unfussy and roomy. Nice little snack provided too

Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!

The flight was nearly empty so we were welcomed to spread out and relax. There was some turbulence but nothing too scary. The crew was lovely!! They engaged in conversation and were very friendly! The food is terrible!!! Horrible wooden utensils, they barely pierce the food or cut anything. I sat in basic economy and was very comfortable. Customer service at the desk was polite and helpful.

The entertainment system in our row was not working. That makes for a VERY long flight!!

Too many passengers are bringing two large bags, neither fit under the seat so space is limited and the crew ask for many people to check bags

The experience is really poor. It doesn’t feel like You are flying business class. The saving point for them is crew was really good

Qatar airways has clean cabins and it looks like u r in business class
