Pros (+) Right next to the main drag of Rue de Clichy, you have access to everything from groceries, cafes, pubs, the Metro...to American creature comforts like Starbucks and Macdonalds. But we were interested in spending our last night in Paris, Montmartre. The staff was perfect and accommodating :).
Cons (-) Our room had mold. It smelled horrible. We had to keep the window open and the the AC blasting on a 27 degree C day...to compensate.
