Nice clean room, the bed was awesome.

The hot tub wasn't hat and the jets were weak

Everything about the hotel itself was great. fantastic happy hour and nice room.

It seemed like almost every few hours I was woken up by the sound of a train horn.. not the fault of the hotel but for light sleepers it is something to keep in mind!

I found Pueblo to be unattractive compared to the other 6 places I stayed in Colorado, but it is reasonably close to Whitewater rafting in Royal Gorge. One good surprise was finding the Water Park downtown. Lot's of restaurants there (we ate at Rosario'

Hotel was quite good for star rating. Pueblo is not so nice (IMO).

Very convenient to I25. Be sure and go to the Arkansas River Water Park...very nice compared to rest of city. Easy walk from Motel...maybe 3 blocks. Highly recommend Rosario's for food (right on the water park).

the front desk clerk was very rude when we arrived 25 minutes before check in! also you could here other guests doors opening an closing thru out the night.

3 of the 4 ice machines at the hotel were broken. Entrance door broken.

Never clean my room, no micowave no refrigerator i have to be waiting for after 3pm . no flat screen with caption. Desk clerk is rude to me.. No heating proper.i was freak freeze.

Decent price and location

Bed was very uncomfortable, room was freezing and had to use a space heater to heat it up! The room smelled funny. Wouldn't recommend it, you can do better for less at a motel 6

Hotel was CLEAN! Rooms were CLEAN! Nicely decorated, nice TV, AC was on, room smelled clean. They called as soon as I got to my room to make sure I was happy. Breakfast actually Good! Coffee in ROOM was good. Will always stay there if I am in Pueblo

From the time we walked into the hotel we were made welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. In the morning, the breakfast served was more than we had expected and better than going to restaurant.

We never reserve a smoking room but due to circumstances we had to settle for one. We stayed in the room for two nights. Previous guest must have smoked 5 cigars a day. Clothing that was packed and left in luggage wreaked of smoke upon returning home. Woke up with bloody nose and dry throat as if we smoked a pack the night before. Yes i know, this is why you don't stay in a smoking room if you're a non-smoker....There were crusty boogers on the wall, the phone and remote were filthy ( i always wipe these down with clorox wipes anyhow). It was about convenience this time around. I can say that I will go to the Pueblo Chili fest but will definitely stay in a different hotel.

Small room with aniquated tv bus was clean. parking was an issue but was probably because of a full compliment of folks in town for the state fair.

It was a great experience. The home is very rustic but it had all the comforts of home and other amenities we did not expect. We were both pleasantly surprised. We plan to go back again in the future.

This was a very nice stay. Decor was great, breakfast was excellent, room was very nice & clean. Staff was friendly & very helpful & professional. Made you feel like you were at home.

Would like to see an iron & ironing board in the room.

We stay at Super 8 in Puebo once a month to visit our son who attends collage at Colorado State University. we always have great service.

Sometimes the hairdryer does not work.

Room was as advertised, nothing special.

The bed had damaged box-spring which made a low spot. The main complaint I have is that I was erroneously charged a $100 fee for 'a hole in the bathroom door '. This was damaged either before I arrived or after I left facility. BEWARE BOGUS CHARGES.

Really clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

It wad accessible to the city and very convenient. Services were available close by or in the hotel and near Starbucks. All was well and comfortable and worked great for a busy thanksgiving holiday.

Really it's fine there and would recommend it and a good place for Hhonors Members when in Pueblo.
