Excellent 9.6
Hotel is amazing, value is amazing. You have the most comfortable beds in the world. Pool is nice and cozy. Breakfast is good. Where did you put no effort. . . parking!! Come on, especially with Covid there are no "tourist" we are all local and drive there. There is a muddy lot next to the hotel that you have to wade through the mud to get to the pristine hotel. Come on. Slap down some concrete and make it usable. Go for an A+ and don't settle for an A :) I'll be back, but bringing my mud boots.
Good 7.0
Pros: pool was great. Not too deep. Having the spa there was great, as we like massages (getting older). Having meals available on site was great as we came to relax.
Cons: Some meal delivery was not as ordered, or items were not available to order. Many sites are cutting corners during Covid, so this was not a huge surprise, but still disappointing.
Excellent 10.0
The reviews and high ratings are all cent percent justified. Superb in all aspects.
Mediocre 2.0
Low service, Bad parking space, Dirty lobby
Mediocre 3.6
Low service, Horrible parking space, Unclean Lobby.
Excellent 8.8
Solo travelled to Siem Reap in November 2021. Spacious room, good food (musty try their fosh Amok), well-designed pool area (IG post magnet), friendly staff, and good value for money. No nearby restaurants and activity places though, so you’ll just stay here unless you plan to go on tours (which they can arrange for you). Will recommend staying here in Siem Reap.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Peaceful location and comfortable room with great prices.
Cons: Parking space during raining season was not well managed.
Excellent 10.0
I love that place.
Good 7.0
Pros: The counter service here is very good and considerate, and the breakfast is delicious
Cons: Overall it's not bad, but there are more mosquitoes, the bathroom in the room smells bad
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It is a beautiful oasis to escape from the city noise and dust. All staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional! The pool and garden area is very beautiful and well maintained. We got wonderful spacious rooms!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very welcoming staff, clean huge room with super comfy bed, strong Aircon, bathtub in the room, Smart TV, private pool. Excellent value for money. The big saltwater pool and relaxing garden are super relaxing. Good breakfast with fresh grinded coffee was served. Considering the current situation in the tourism industry worldwide, the limited staff of Sabara Angkor Resort & Spa didn't loose passion and kept a high standard at all times. I'm a hotel GM myself and see a good team and strong management in this well maintained and relaxing Hotel-Resort. Keep it up and hopefully we get a chance to stay on your place again soon. Best wishes!
Good 7.2
The location is a bit odd, but that makes it nice and hidden for a good quiet sleep. The mattress on the bed was first class!
Excellent 9.6
The resort is absolutely beautiful. Fantastic swimming pool and the rooms are great. The showers are really powerful and impressive, and the beds are super comfy. The staff are brilliant. From the front desk to behind the bar, to the staff cleaning. They were super helpful, happy and great to deal with. Thank you
Excellent 8.0
Staffs are really helpful and friendly.
Excellent 10.0
Everything is good: room, pool, breakfast & staff. Thank you!
Excellent 8.8
This place is a option during this Corona Pandemie if you are heading to Angor Wat. Very cheap for what you get. Friendly staff, quite location, spacy rooms.
Excellent 9.6
Good Breakfast, Wide room space
Excellent 8.8
I like hug swimming pool with salt water
Excellent 10.0
Pros: What a delight. Staff are very attentive. Food was great and the location was perfect. We will be staying here again.
Cons: The only thing I would change is the curb in front of the hotel. A little steep after a long day.

Excellent 8.8
Super charming, relaxing little Hideaway in Siem Reap. Lovely rooms and swimming pool plus blissfully quiet. Very attentive nice staff. My only small gripe is the badly positioned air-conditioning and wonky glass doors but really nothing to worry about. Will definitely go again.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The food was excellent, the owner super nice, the building style beautiful. Organising tours was easy and flexible. The pool was on,y for us most of the time, wonderful. Pricing for extras was good. The beds were good.
Cons: The local music sometimes at night.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: ORGANISATION FOR TRIPS AROUND ANKOR Driver Service
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very quiet, feels like home Staff is very helpful and nice tips for travels
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Beautiful accomodation & rooms, the pool area & garden are stunning. Tasty breakfast.
Cons: Its a bit expensive, but a very good experience. The centre is a bit far away, but by tuk tuk you’re there in 10 minutes or so
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location, layout and pool
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Charming, peaceful, small hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. Good food and cocktails. We had a great time here. The Hotel’s Tuk Tuk Driver took us everywhere so location not a problem. Lovely big rooms.
Cons: Dining in in the hotel was good but pricey.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel was beautiful! Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Airport pickup and drop-off made it super easy. Both Breakfast and dinner were great! You get loads of fruit and pastries on top of any eggs you may want to order. We needed to be close to the airport as only there for 1 night - so ideal for that! Would not be able to advice if it was convenient to go to Siem Reap centre from there.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice accomodation in a beautiful setting. Nice staff, good food, delicious breakfast. Spacious and very clean rooms. We had a wonderful time, thank you!

Excellent 10.0
I had a great time during my 3 days staying in this hotel. All the staffs were smiley and very helpful; they deserved 10 points/10. The food at the restaurant were yummy; and the breakfast buffet was also delicious.
Okay 4.0
Pros: The room inside is too simple and old, isn’t worth the value, considering the amount of money I paid for. Wish it could be more modern and use better products. Also, can’t find any people when I arrived at hotel, I had to scream “hello” for assistance.
Cons: Room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during covid 19 period. Staffs were so friendly and caring. We found Nuy who speaks good Japanese and Sor who organized bicycles and restaurants for us exceptionally good. The Resturant gave us comfiness and provided authentic Khmer food and high level western cuisine. We decently come back here for next stay in Siem Reap.
Cons: Everything was great
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Nuy our buttler was amazing, made the hotel all the better and everyone we met couldn’t have been more helpful
Cons: Plunge pool wasn’t really for use it appears
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff went beyond expectations, they were providing us with excellent service. The rooms were spacious, the food was really good and the activities were the highlight of our stay. Warmly recommend it!
Cons: We loved the rooms, the restaurant had excellent breakfast and other dining options. It was great to be able to lounge at the pool after a day of activities. We were close to the downtown area and it was easy to get around.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: From staff to ambience and hotel facilities - everything was just so nice. I had a really relaxing stay at the hotel. The transport arrangements to the city center and the daily evening sweets were a nice gesture. They also even went beyond buying a new basket for me outside when I told the reception that I wanted to buy a new one. The amazing hospitality of the staff just made me feel like home.
Cons: Nothing really.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly and nature
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The service is absolutely excellent. Best so far. The room is spacious and has everything you need. Little treats left in the room after each turn down service and free minibar
Cons: Slightly remote location from Siem Reap centre
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The staff are what makes this hotel so special. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and pleasurable as possible. The spa team deserve particular praise. The rooms are a decent size and the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was very good.
Cons: I expected more green spaces given that this is referred to as a “resort” hotel.
Excellent 9.2
Very professional and caring staff. It begins already when Saroem picks you up from the airport! Very good man!! All the staff is excellent.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Excellent location (quite close to Angkor Wat). Very good tuk-tuk service provided, including transfer to and from the airport at a very decent price. Very good swimming pool. Spacious rooms. Very helpful and efficient staff.
Cons: The description of the room on the site disagrees with what you get in reality (thus, it was no safety deposit box and no kitchenette in the room as indicated). Quite weak shower. No surroundings, i.e., the hotel is an oasis (surrounded with high walls) in a small dusty village. No walking around. The only possibility to go to the restaurant or supermarket is to ask our tuk-tuk driver for help. Fortunately, this was possible.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly hosts, great food in the restaurant. Its location makes checking Angkor Wat out real easy, it has a clean nice pool and awesome rooms for a very low price. Highly recommended.
Cons: Not much to not like, awesome place.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Great stay (3 nights) in a brand new location for this hotel, super clean, extra large bed room, Feng shui bath room, large swimming pool, close from main Angkor site gate , in a quiet area. Hotel is run by the manager and his two very nice and caring daughters, all speaking fluent English. Wonderful breakfast as the kitchen is managed by a great cook ( she also takes care of the dinner service if needed and cooks much better than many downtown restaurants...)
Cons: There are still some works in progress , but not annoying !
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This little hotel is very awesome. The hotel is hosted by a family and everybody is very kind, responsive and helpful. They will take care of you all the time and help with any issue (e.g. we had a problem with our rented bike and they called the rental shop to bring a new bike). The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything is new. The breakfast is now served in the hotel restaurant and there is something for every taste. The big fruit platter is wonderful. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The food is very good. After a long day in Angkor Wat it is just very nice to have a swim in the big and clean pool and afterwards a delicious diner nearby. We absolutely can recommend this awesome place (we stayed there with three kids).
Good 7.5
Pros: The location is good to access to airport, temples and city.
Cons: Property said free drop off to city once a day. But, I confused how they charged us after driver asked to pay the total amount. But, I paid it without complain.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The owner was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and went out of his way to help us if needed. He organized a tuk tuk driver for us to call anytime during our stay there. The villa was brand new. And the pool was very relaxing after a long, hot day of touring around temples.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We were shifted to the new property and was the first ones to move in the rooms. The room was gigantic for three persons. We faced a few discomfort in the sense that the owner was still moving in the new property but he was very helpful to assist us with our necessities. All feedback was taken constructively. They offer tuktuk for your trips to the city, which is 15mins from the property. Angkor Wat is just 5mins by tuktuk. We enjoyed the pool after a hot day at the temples. This is best for a run away from your busy life. The area is very calm and soothing. The owner was very accommodating and helpful and this property is managed by him and his family.
Cons: The Restaurant was not yet operational so the owner had to arrange with other properties to have breakfast at.
Excellent 10.0
It's located a few minutes drive from the entrance to the ruins and the downtown area, making it very quiet. The property consists of a few villas around a pool. It feels very safe and comfortable. the staff is more than happy to help arrange anything that might be needed. They really made it perfect and there mannerism was gratefully appreciated. The pool is great and refreshing. Our room was large and comfortable with an easy access to the pool. Their breakfast have a lot of choices and was good as well. We didn't have to worry about anything. It was a worry-free vacation. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: nice location and friendly staff
Cons: bed was too hard for me
Excellent 8.0
good for money
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We got the Copa Cabana room which is so worth the extra money, opens up to the pool, the room is really big and we got an extra bed as its three of us, the extra bed was very proper, not those fold up beds I was expecting. The pool is really nice, saltwater, very clean, as were all the seats around. Highly recommend this hotel if you just wanna chill
Cons: a little far from the city.
Excellent 9.0
Cons: More hot breakfast options would have been great.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: This is our second times to stay here. The staffs are nice $ polite especially Thany of reception and Ram of restaurant.
Cons: The breakfast need to improve if possible:—- 1. Not enough of items in 5 stars hotel. 2. Food is often not added to the empty food containers if you don’t ask. 3. The black suit gentlemen always not polite and no smile.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Good breakfast, friendly staff, large room, they actually provide a large van to go to airport and not a tuk tuk
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Very well maintained, with a very good team taking care of the guests. Rooms are nice, with wooden interiors giving it a rich classic feel.
Excellent 10.0
The building was delightfully kept up. The room was open sufficient and calm within the night. Found a brief distance away from the airport but not noisy indeed in spite of the fact that it was on a main street. The restaurant on location had delightful choices that were sensibly priced. Huge room and a big and great bed. The fridge was full with cold drinks. The AC may be a must, and my AC did its work in a great way. The hotel moreover incorporates a spa, massages was exceptionally great, It was great after a long day going to the temples to have a great massage. Pool was really nice, A nice and cool temperature. Enough sunbeds to everyone. The pool bar is also good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice stuff, very careful and polite. Airport transportation included. Nice lobby with life music in the evenings. Very close to airport and 15-20 min distance to Pub Street
Good 7.5
Pros: The place is really nice, the staff is friendly and good location.
Cons: We had an issue with our room, the toilet was not working and we had to spend 1 night in that room before they moved us, so after the inconvenience, besides the apologies for the inconvenience nothing else happened. We had to do late check out due to our flight and had to pay an extra night, however the room was not cleaned. If the late check out was cortesy, then i do undertand but having to pay an extra night and come back to the room the way you left it, was not ok for us, also we did not get any more tea nor water in the room, even with the extra night paid.
Excellent 10.0
The staff works like a private concierge service to assure you have a memorable trip. They always smiles and welcome you whenever you meet them. We did not have to worry about anything while we were there; very appreciative of the service we received. The hotel provides free shuttle services to the center 3 times per day, but anyways a tuk tuk will only cost you $3-4 one way and it's a 15 minute drive. Rooms are a good size with beautiful furnishings. Great facilities including a lovely large pool and relaxing spa. We also particularly liked the Stopover lounge providing a wee haven before departure. Everything is great. It's very clean, breakfast choice is good and the staff are amazingly helpful.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: the room that i booked was taken by another customer when i arrived at the hotel. the staffs just apologised and told me to get myself the refund. they wouldnt let me have any rooms, saying that it was already full.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Angkor Miracle Resort is a 4*-Plus hotel by my book. The staff members were very courteous and accommodating. My group stayed in a pool-facing room which was clean & spacious. Restaurant (breakfast & lunch), pool & exercise room were decent. For the price we paid, Angkor Miracle was a great value. However, we will more likely stay in another five-star hotel closer to the park in the future.
Cons: More discreet guests may find the bed and linen comfortable but definitely not comparable to Heavenly Bed by Westin or alike. We also spotted a small cockroach in the bathroom - but not something we considered unexpected. While Siem Reap is a relatively small town, Angkor Miracle is considerably further (extra 10-15 minutes each way) from other hotels to the Angkor Wat park.

Excellent 9.6
Pros: Very nice and friendly staff.
Cons: A little far out from the core of city. Didn’t really matter because of the cheapness of rides.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff were exceptional, the hotel was clean and to a very high standard!
Cons: The breakfast could be a little more westernised and no fruit platter in the room as stated on the booking!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: A serene boutique hotel which provides plenty of amenities for its guests
Cons: Noisy guests who banged doors and not considerate of other guests
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The spa and staff were lovely. The shuttle bus was a great way to get into town and back.
Cons: I usually prefer a more centrally located hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Service was very good. Food was good as well. They have a good wine selection. Hotel also has a very good shuttle service.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The hotel is very oldie worldly, with dark wood features , and is really nice , it offers spa , massages and a lovely large pool. It’s comfortable and has WiFi is very clean and the food is lovely. The staff are really good and can’t do enough for you.
Cons: Drinks and food are a little pricey, and the shower didn’t get hot , just warm.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: From checking in to checking out this Resort was tremendous! The hotel staff always went above and beyond whenever I asked a question and/or needed something from them. Highly recommend this location for those visiting Siem Reap!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was perfect and excellent.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Most had a reasonably good command of English.
Cons: My room safe was broken and it took a couple of tries to get a person who understood the problem (language barrier); once accomplished, it was taken care of immediately. Room faced front of the hotel and there were trees outside the window. These trees are a stopping point for birds at 6am and again at night - hundreds land on the branches of the group of trees and mske quite the racket. I needed to be up early for tours, but if I had wanted to sleep in, it would have been jmpossible. They leave after 10 minutes or so - so not prolonged.
Excellent 10.0
Convenient to the airport and nearby sightseeing. A complimentary shuttle service to the downtown area is provided by the hotel. Gorgeous property with an Olympic-size swimming pool, outdoor bar with a breathtaking landscape. Great spa with massage, sauna, and aromatherapy. Nice gym, but unfortunately, had no time to use it. Sumptuous breakfast buffet with an outstanding crew of chefs and servers. Food was plentiful and offered both Asian and Western style for all palates. What makes this place special is its outstanding staff. Upon arrival, they were helpful, attentive, courteous, efficient and addressed all of our needs promptly. Special praise to the manager Bun, as well as Grace who worked the reception desk in the evening. She was always smiling. We were treated Royally like its name implies. The Royal Angkor Resort earns our vote of confidence. Excellent rooms, warm hospitality, and an overall pleasant away-from-home experience.
Excellent 10.0
Stayed here for 2 nights during our visit to Siem Reap and our tour of Angkor Wat. The hotel is ideally located as it is 5 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Angkor Wat and 10 minutes from the town center's Pub Street district with it's numerous bars, restaurants and markets. The hotel provides an excellent free return shuttle service in and out of Siem Reap and drops you off in the heart of the tourist area. The hotel itself is beautifully furnished in the traditional Cambodian style and has a wonderful calming, friendly feel throughout. We stayed in a spacious, well appointed room on the top floor (fourth) with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate in the hotel's restaurant for lunch and found the food freshly prepared and tasty. Once again, the service was excellent. The only negative aspect we found was the breakfast experience. Breakfast is served in a different restaurant next to the pool area and predominantly caters for the Asian palate although there are a few western style dishes available. Yes, I do appreciate that the hotel is in Asia , but the choice and quality of western dishes were poor and not what one would expect in a 5 star hotel. The hotel appears to cater for the South Korean market and during our stay we had six coach loads of South Koreans arriving at the same time on both days of our stay. It may be worth bearing this in mind if you are looking for a relaxing , peaceful meal at breakfast followed by a tranquil relax around the pool.
Excellent 9.5
Attentive staff, great outdoor BBQ with temple dancing display. Lovely pools.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: the food was very delicious
Excellent 10.0
Solo traveling during COVID has its perks! A hidden gem.. honestly. If you want to melt away in a quiet poolside bungalow, listening to the sweet sounds of chirping frogs n' geckos and not scooters, this is the place. Great staff, English speaking. Great food, Khmer style. Khmer-light for me, I'm guessing. Newer pool, clean rooms, great access to Siem Reap, Angkor Wat, and the Land Mine museum. A great stay for a fantastic price.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff, the decor, the food, and the room were as good as it gets! Not the cheapest place but for what you get the value is outstanding, and the staff and their service are just as you would expect in Cambodia - wonderful! Also, it’s closeness to Angkor temples makes it the perfect relaxing getaway whilst exploring the limitlessness of what Angkor has to offer. Please support this great business and amazing people!
Cons: Outside lighting is needed past sunset, although for those wanting an early night, it really brings out a tranquility that is much needed for those wanting to see the grandeur of sunrise at Angkor. Dislikes were minor, the good bits immeasurably outweigh the negatives, which as you can see are a testament to the great hospitality that you get in Cambodia! Jol Muy!
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The pool looked ok and clean unfortunately did not have time to use it.
Cons: Although warned about families 6-7 dogs they were noisy at times and were allowed to urinate in the reception area.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We loved the property because we felt like we were in the jungle. The food was delicious, the breakfast was excellent as well. You can pre-order your meals if you like. That worked well for us a couple of times. The rooms are good with a mini fridge and a small area out front with two comfortable chairs over looking the pool area. We were in C5. The staff is very friendly. It is about 15 minutes into town with a tuk tuk so really not that bad.
Cons: The place could use a bit of general maintenance on the walkways & around the pool. They have ~6-7 small dogs around that like to bark. One afternoon there happened to be a lot of power sawing going on next door to the pool; which was quite disruptive. They apologized profusely and said it was not in their control, was the neighbours. The next morning, loud music (they like their music very loud here!!) started up at 7:00 a.m. (again out of their control) That night there was a wedding in the area with chanting and music which ended by 9:15.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel have a list of transportation plan for tourists, with clear price on it. They also helped us to get tuc tuk to downtown, with fair price. The location is close to airport and tourist sites, which allowed us to sleep for 20 more minutes everyday :) The service is great, staffs are really thoughtful.
Good 6.0
Pros: lovely breakfast , friendly staff, nice and quiet place to stay
Cons: The pool looked a lot bigger in the advert
Excellent 8.4
Palm Village Resort and Spa is a great holiday experience. Set in a tropical garden, everything seems natural and earthy. The staff, particularly Nga at reception are so ready to help with everything. The ambience is homely as the owners 4 small dogs greet you on arrival and are happy to be patted at every opportunity. Our bungalow even seemed to come with its own resident, very affectionate cat. The location was also a bonus, quiet and peaceful away from but tuk tuk distance to Siem Reap and only a very short tuk tuk ride to the Angkor temples. Don't be alarmed by the bumpy, unmade road as you near Palm Village, we thought our taxi driver had taken a wrong turn! however, it actually adds to the unique charm of the resort.
Excellent 10.0
It is a little way out of town so you need to take the Tuk tuk which will cost a couple of dollars, but we thought well worth it for the feeling of being in the beautiful Cambodian jungle. We were stoked when we arrived at the resort with the most delicious welcome drink and then walked around past the super gorgeous pool area and to the cutest thatched massive room. The accomodation was spacious and comfortable. Lovely design felt in the middle of nature. They have a spa and the massages were absolutely divine. Perfect if you want to escape Pub Street. Friendly staff, always smile and really helpful in giving advice of traveling and help book tuktuk.

My trip was during Angkor Wat marathon.. over all in hotel is good. But the last day I check -out they charge me for the drinking water. 1 bottle. Which is I suppose to get from the hotel 2 bottles/day And I find out that the day I check-in the staffs did not give me the complimentary water. So what I drank it’s FOR SALE!! (Only 2 bottles in room at first day without any notice) ) what should I understand for that??? Common sense it must be for complementary!! Quiet upset but don’t wanna spoiled my day so I paid . And leave the hotel with not happy in the end of my stayed.
Excellent 8.4
The hotel got beautiful interior and a massive swimming pool.. Staff is polite but they not very helpful maybe because of the lack of English Breakfast its not the best, very basic like fir 5 stars.. Room was ok but bathroom need some serious upgrade.. Also prices at the bar well to high, that's way they don't have costumers
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Very nice and comfortable hotel. Not a Western 5 star, but I didn't expect that.
Cons: Beds were a bit hard, and it was a bit far from town. but other

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great facilities and Kind
Cons: Breakfast service and food not so smooth~
Okay 5.8
Pros: It is very close to the airport. It seems that the pool will be nice in the future. Staff do what they can in order to help but unfortunately is not enough.
Cons: My experience here was bad. Terrible wi-fi connection. No pool service due to a private event. Old Bedroom appliances. Water leaks from the shower.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Average food but brilliant staff
Cons: Food
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly , the rooms were amazing and we got an upgrade - the food was exception pool was amazing we loved it
Cons: They are building a new pool which was no hardship but will be great when finished
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The breakfast was phenomenal. The staff was exceptional and rather helpful. The facility was awesome. The gym and sauna were exclusively available as there was nobody else there.
Cons: There was only one plug working in the entire apartment... 3 guys one plug. We had to take turns to charge phones, computers, cameras, etc. Although, that is not acceptable for a 5 star resort everything else that good that we never complained.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfortable stay with feeling of athome.
Cons: Friendly staff
Excellent 10.0
Pros: - good value for money - excellent staff - good location
Cons: - furniture were old fashion and chairs were heavy
Good 7.0
Pros: I enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. The size, pool side cabanas, and the bar food & drink service is so good. The staff are always friendly.
Cons: This hotel is too much focused on Chinese group tourists. I could hardly see individual travelers. Breakfast has not much choices for non-east asians; no cheese at all, limited choices of bread, no plain yogurt, cold coffee without any flavour. The location is close to the airport, but far from almost all activities and shops. You have to take Tuktuk whenever you go out. What you can see in the neighborhood is only same type of hotels for group tourists. Seems like a little over-rated, when it comes to the value.
Excellent 8.0
We stayed in the superior room. The room is clean but the air con is a bit noisy. It was the old design style. The breakfast is buffet but there were a lot of guests on the day I booked, so limited offer. The pool in the picture is under renovation & only the pool at pacific resort is available but no kid pool.

Pros: Breakfast was superb Everything was top notch
Excellent 9.6
They only cater for one few family. Feeling like VVIP throughout our stay at siam reap. Highly recommended!
Good 7.1
Pros: Breakfast was delicious, staff were very nice
Cons: Def's not a short tuk tuk to town. Ten to 15 minutes. Wonderful breakfast. Room was good, not as big as photos depict though, bit deceiving. Was lovely spot to relax but just a bit far from pub street and markets for our liking. Staff were very nice 🙂 Bathroom was a bit how you going 🙄😏
Excellent 9.6
Pros: good breakfast, staff is very friendly, the room is so nice and quiet
Excellent 8.8
Pros: A tranquil setting just outside the centre of Seam Reap, a lovely comfortable villa with all that you require for a peaceful holiday. Served well by the host Nimol and his staff this really if a great base for larger travelling parties. Pool is great, nice breakfast and rooms are comfortable.
Cons: Only minor issue for us was that it is 3km out of town and difficult to pick up meals easily, however this may be a plus point for others as it was quieter.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect for big groups, the staff were lovely and the villa was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and different everyday.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The welcoming attitude of nith nimol and the staff made us feel at home. We (family of 7) had our own quiet haven after the long, hot, days. The breakfast was superb and we were asked what we would like each evening. The place is outside the regular tourist area, and is quiet and peaceful.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, comfortable, location and hospitable host
Cons: Nothing, it's almost perfect
Good 6.3
Pros: The door was opened on our arrival
Cons: Always felt like being watched. Only three units and manager has a unit. I was the only one there even though the units were supposed to be booked out. The bath was too high to get in and out of especially if you were an older adult.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: You get to enjoy an elite Bunglow experience with free swimming pool. The free taxi pick up service was also amazing. We booked the same driver Matel to see around. He is very friendly and amazing guy. He speaks and understand English very well.
Cons: There was no free or coin based laundary.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: I like the breakfast so much , is really delicious 👍🏼
Cons: Is abit far from pub street

This hotel is great and staff were very respectful and did their best. The road access is a bit broken and needs fixing. The restaurant was closed at that time so we did not experience their food. Overall a pleasant place to stay, beautiful interiors.
Good 6.8
Too noisy for me bcs their soundproofing was not good. This time no hot water is terrible memories for me
Excellent 10.0
Very nice hotel, we were surprised by the huge rooms, pool is absolutely amazing and food was delicious. It was great to return there after long day of walking amongst the temples. Only thing to consider is the location, it is bit far from city, but tuktuk taxis are cheap and everywhere and the hotel is at least in a calm place.
Good 6.0
No complaints.
Good 6.8
The hotel is built of shipping containers, the location is outside the center, if you travel by car, it is not a problem.

Pros: The pool is great. The cleaning and safety are on point. Plus, the staffs there are friendly and helpful. The environment is acceptable and the price is okay.
Cons: It's a little far from the center of Siemreap but it is so good for those who want to spend their nights quietly and peacefully. Yet the light in the room should be brighter.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything good.
Cons: None, everything great!

I understand It's a very tough time for hospitality, but when less than half of your products or facilities are open and working, maybe best in the name of future business to just close.

Pros: Very kind and helpful staff Amazing swimming pool Big room with nice balcony Quiet Not at walking distance from the city center but easy to reach using a tuk tuk

Great stay
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful in setting up transportation and giving recommendations. Cleaners were on time and did a great job and laundry was done very quick. I missed the name of the young man at the front desk but he was very kind and made sure we were enjoying our stay. Huge shout out to Lika from resteraunt who was very nice and friendly and made us excellent food and cocktails. He made us feel like family and that this was our home and was very friendly and enjoyed conversations with him. We will miss our Cambodian home away from home!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Spacious bungalow, child friendly, good pool/sauna/steam room, great deal with booking.com.
Cons: Jacuzzi was more like a small pool with bubbles, not easy to sit in, children's playground could have had more going on as there was more than enough space to put more activities in there, food could have been better, steak was a really dark red when cooked medium and very tough, sentbit back to be cook well done and had no flavour (couldn't eat it) breakfast buffet wasnt great either fruit had flys all over it, not the best selection.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was perfect, from arrival to departure. I can’t even be picky to find one bad thing to point out. Everywhere was super clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful with any thing that was needed. the grounds of the resort was just amazing and very well kept ! When you are in there you completely forget about everything. My children absolutely loved it, from the play area to the slides at the pool! We originally only had 4 nights booked but booked an extra 3 nights.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was best stay ever! Hotel is very comfortable and high class. Recommended for rest! Bungalows are spacious, well managed and clean. Gym, kids playground, two jaquzi - all great. We used this hotel just to chill. It exceeded our expectations. You also have free pick up and daily free transfer to center and back. Really all solved great!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Breakfast was outstanding and the kids loved the swimming pool. Outside the hotel is nothing in close proximity, but the hotel offers one free shuttle per day into town. The staff was very friendly and houses were very clean and nice.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The staff were amazing, friendly and attentive. Lovely people. The room was huge and comfortable and the hotel layout was great you forget that you are in a field 4k from town. Great for families or anyone not wanting to sleep with the noise of Pub Street. Very close to the airport but the sounds of nature are still clearer than any airplanes. The pool is a great way to cool down after a day at the temples
Cons: Please let the birds out of the cages
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything is good. Excellent managment.
Cons: Restaurant, same breakfast.

Good 6.4
For someone who like quiet and dark place. It's a bit dark at night.

Over crowded, one single room stayed upto 7people. No, hot water, air-con couldn't be adjusted the temperature. Room service never answered my calls. Noone tidy up the room even we had requested many times.

Good 7.2
The place is big enough to get loss which the pool with mini bar at the center loss stunning. Breakfast and facilities are very acceptable. Good recommend for next trip
Excellent 10.0
This is an incredible property, exuding luxury and khmer culture. Fantastic staff and value.
Excellent 8.5
This hotel is very large and extremely pretty - it is similar to a little resort. Beautiful pool area and the rooms were very spacious. The staff made our trip to Sokhalay very special, they were so friendly and genuine. Very noisy in the room when it rains due to the tin roof that is the shelter to move around the ground floor. It may affect the soundly sleep of the guest during rainy season.
Excellent 10.0
Best experience with lovely resort.
Okay 5.6
Pros: very nice rooms
Cons: I am not sure about the real price but the hotel quoted a price to the center that was more expensive than from the airport to the center.
