The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The spa was very relaxing too. Plenty of space to hang clothes but not enough drawer space for other clothing items.
Beautiful place to live in with greenery all over, staff was very humble very cordial very polite always smiling always ready to help i wish i had spent some more days there no regrets
very clean,good location,near old market,
The hotel is in a great location and within 10 minute walking distance to Pub St (main bars / restaurants area). The Pool is very nice and the hotel offers internet terminals for those travelling without computers. The rooms have a walk in shower. While the rooms are large and clean, they can be considered a litle on the dark side. With the decor being Khemer it cannot be regarded as modern and bright. For the rooms that do not face out onto the pool (Standard rooms) the noise from outside can be annoying,
the staff was always very pleasent and helpfull, the spa experience is a good thing to enjoy after a hot day at the temples also the large and very clean pool, the room service is active and helpfull at any hour of the day or night, very impressed by the fact that they sent the driver to wait for us even if we did not asked for it - we were travelling with a 6 months baby and it was amazing that finally in Cambodia we find a hotel that sent us a car at the airport - in Bali and Langkawi we asked for a car but did not got one the breakfast was pretty poor as choices
Great location, easy waking distance of night life. However - although the hotel is exactly as described, it's utterly forgettable. It could be any hotel you've ever stayed in anywhere. The staff are great if you can get their attention ....you normally have to go ask for it! I gave up and went looking for a drink after sitting by the pool for 45mins. Beds are hard (but we found that everywhere on or travels ...except the Hanoi Metropole which is amazing).
The staff was very friendly, good breakfast selection. You cannot beat the price for the location, a short walk to Pub Street were all the action happens. Great pool to hang at, room was comfortable, even had a balcony The lobby is never really "cool". The AC doesn't pump very well, but the room AC was just fine
The staff is outstanding--one of the best I've ever encountered. All of them couldn't have been more helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Pool is delightful. Overall, a very good stay and an excellent value. Wifi is way, way too slow. I'm talking sometimes 607 kb/sec. It was frustrating to wait and to sit close to the door to get a better signal. The lobby was only marginally better.
Spacious and clean rooms. Great location in the city centre and walking distance to shopping, restaurants and bars. Friendly personnel, very good breakfast buffet. I still don't understand how the "spa" works. We booked a massage at the hotel but ended up going to a small, old, rather "dodgy" massage place around the corner. Not recommended!
Overall satisfied. Internet is 25$ per day which I think is expensive
The hotel is located close to the center of Siem Reap. The breakfast buffet was good and offered a wide range of food, from asian noodles to french bread and omlettes. The prices for the drinks and the food in the hotel was pretty high for cambodian standards. But never the less one could get cheap food and drinks from outside in the direct vincinity of the hotel.
Good location of the hotel closed to "Pub street" only 6 mn by foot, some restaurants nearby (I recomend you 'Nest' just in front), good price during low season, breakfast quality is ok bad insonorisation of the room, not possible to sleep after 7 am due to the noise but you should normally wake up to visit temples at this time so not a big deal, decoration is a little bit 'old fashion'
Great and friendly staff. Room was awesome. Location was close to everything (airport and Angkor Wat were about 20-30 minutes away from car/tuk tuk). Pool was quiet and serene. Laundry service was great as well. Overall excellent stay and would stay there again.
Regular type of hotel with simple amenities . Too pricy for a simple looking hotel Overpriced
The staff was super friendly and sincerely concerned about our stay. Every time we saw any member of the staff, they were asking about our room, our sleep, our food, everything. And every time we returned to the hotel, they greeted us with a glass of cold water and asked about our day and the places we visited. The hotel felt new and clean, the room was nice, and the location was very convenient and easy to navigate to from Pub Street. We would definitely come back! Some construction going on next door; not really a big deal for us, and the hotel can't avoid it. Also the loud club music next door, but it ended around 10pm. At 10pm you should still be out enjoying the nightlife yourself, or at least getting a last-minute massage. The staff actually told about both of these issues when we checked in, and apologized for the inconvenience.
We just returned from a week stay at the Khmer Mansion Hotel and can not fully express the extent of our satisfaction. Staff is very friendly and helpful. By the end of our first day I think the entire staff had approached us individually to introduce themselves. The remainder of our stay we were greeted by name and asked if we required anything more.It was not unusual for the chef to come out of the kitchen and asked if we were satisfied with our meal, which we always were. I have never experienced this level of service before and have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap.. Noise from bar next door could be heard at night in the open hallway but was not a problem in our room.
A restful setting and the owner was personable and every need we had was provided for!
The staff were super friendly and they made the experience very enjoyable. The gardens and pool were lovely - you really felt secluded. I would definitely recommend getting a massage - they were excellent and great value. Easy to walk into town. Make sure you remember where the hotel is as it can be hard to find - we got very lost coming back from town in a tuk tuk!
The manager, smiley and always ready to organise things according to our requests no
staff were friendly. breakfast good. room was very spacious. Whirlpool tub in room was fun. Pool area is lovely. The staff were very nice but had very limited English so that was difficult to get advice, directions, etc. The really bad thing was no light at front doorway the morning I was leaving at 5 am to go watch sunset at Angkor Wat. Staff gave me wake up call then went back to sleep on bench in lobby. When I walked out front hotel door, I tripped on uneven paving stones (no light so pitch black) and twisted my ankle. The rest of the day my walking was very limited. Manager was apologetic when I finally found in later in the day, but the damage was done and I still have a sore ankle. Keycard controlled electricity in room so frig went off during the day, so was useless. very hot in Siem Reap and blanket was too warm. By 3rd night I thought to ask for extra sheet to cover with instead of blanket.
The room was fantastic. Large, spacious, and clean. Hardwood floors and stone showers and fixtures, simple but elegant. The staff was very helpful, and there was a pool (that I did not use). The placement was good, a short walk from the busiest parts of town. In an ideal world, it would have more facilities. But that would really be asking too much given the price.
