According to a survey conducted by KAYAK, 1 in 4 Americans want a job where they can travel for work. And just over one quarter (28%) would like to go on at least one business trip by the end of the year.

But, we’re all probably a little rusty when it comes to booking that work trip — it has been over a year for most of us. So, KAYAK is making it easier with the official launch of KAYAK for Business. From streamlining the expenses you hate to submit to knowing the cheapest time to book a flight, KAYAK is here to make business travel easy again. Here’s how:

  • How to save money. While most Americans are familiar with their expense policy – according to a survey recently conducted by KAYAK, about one-fifth still overspend when traveling for business. With KAYAK for Business, there’s no more first-class tickets you weren’t supposed to book in the first place (they’ll clearly be displayed as out of policy on our site).
  • Expenses made easy. Just 8 percent of Americans have opted out of submitting their expenses entirely due to how complicated the process can be. With KAYAK for Business, you never have to itemize an expense report again. Thanks to an integration with Expensify, it will automatically upload your details into an expense report. Thank us later.
  • All in one place. Nearly one-third of Americans like to add a couple personal days to the beginning/end of a business trip. Easily toggle between leisure and business travel on KAYAK while having ALL of your travel details populate in one of KAYAK’s most popular product features – Trips.
  • Know where to book. How many times have you asked a colleague (locally, or where you are traveling to) what hotel is close to the office/client/action? With KAYAK for Business, some of the first search results seen are those recommended by colleagues making the decision process on where to stay for that trip easier than ever. We even let your team create guides – so you have an inside scoop on where to go and what to do.
