Pros. The staff was beyond friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms were super clean. My son was barefoot most of the time and his feet were never dirty. The location is perfect. It's centrally located, easily accessible, but still quiet. We're already planning to come back.
Pros. The staff were polite and helpful. I definitely liked the proximity of the hotel to different attractions, like the zoo and old town. I also liked how it was a short drive off I-40. I only stayed overnight, but I would stay here again for sure.
Cons. My only complaint is that my TV was not working properly. When I would change the channel, it would go from the previous channel, back to the new one, back to the previous one, back to the new one, and then it would stop on the previous channel.
