I liked the View we got in our room it was beautiful with its balcony.
I disliked the fact that the water in bath tub didnt go down all night and that the hallways were very noisy as well as the room above us. We didnt sleep hardly because the noise was almost all night people up and down halls.
No positives I can say except the price.
Arrived after long day of traveling, we were given a room with an unmade bed. The second room we were given, smelled of vomit. Figured it out that a previous occupant vomitted in the sink. I left and went somewhere else.
The staff was great. The lady at the front desk was nice and took care of me right away when I showed up.
I picked the first floor after I was given the option of which floor I would like to stay at. It was not remodeled and looked really shabby when I opened the door. My first thought was "I should have spent more to stay at the Double Tree". After I checked the bed and the room looked clean, I decided the set up was ok. The next morning after staying up late to work and meet a deadline I could not sleep in after 7 AM. I could hear every door in the hallway slamming open and closed. The cleaning staff was loud and a man knocked on my door twice to announce the room cleaning. I was put off by this. I specifically called and asked about the check out time the night before because I knew I was sleeping in. I gave up on sleeping after that and got in the shower. The tub was clogged and the water just sat there while I was showering. The shower curtain also had a moldy smell and I could see dark spots around it. I am sure the other rooms are fine and maybe I just got the worst room. For the price and location I was expecting a little more. I will try again but stay off the first floor.
The morning breakfast was goood!!~ bacon and eggs were great, and the bagels and the apple juice and the toast! The restrooms are niiiice. The rooms are soo nixlce and cold!! Great for me~
I think that there could have been a more variety of drinks but the tea was good! More drinks would be good. There could have been more food but i just love food c: so more food~
Nice beds Nice pool Very friendly staff
We stayed for a week and had a great experience. Friendly and attentive staff. Perfect location near UNM and the city but also quiet.
We had a reservation glitch but caught it before we left.
Very clean room with all the amenities. A lot better than going to a motel 6. They did have breakfast in the morning.
Bad part of town. Doesn't say Howard Johnson on building... It says Plaza Inn. I'd go there again, but I wouldn't take my children. Lower price draws a different crowd of people.
I loved that we were very comfortable. The view was marvelous. My wife and I recommend this hotel to our friends and anyone who is traveling to Albuquerque Nm. Thanks so much Howard Johnson's employees.
We have no complaints. Everything was great as well as the employees.
