Convenient locations with many shops/bars/restaurants and beach nearby.
Walls were very thin so sound carried from adjoining rooms
Very noisy if staying in a room on the lower floor
Comfortable with excellent views and good location
A very convenient and central hotel for exploring Alicante.
The hotel is rather old in furnishings, but is well maintained and is a 26 floor tower with only two small elevators which can prove to be a problem when busy.
Convenient position. Staff helpful
Rooms- very small. In need of upgrading
very central and infriont to the beach nice view also the restaurant at the 25th floor ,very nice and good price,
ithink this hotel need urgent restoration!!
location was excellent - if you want to be close to the beach, marina, shops, restaurants.
air conditioners were the old type ....a bit noisy... but worked well.
The view from our room on the 21st floor gave excellent views of the coast, harbor and city. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The hotel restaurant on the 26 floor was disappointing. The only good point was the view. The food was poor and the waiters were grumpy. The room could do with improving. The air conditioners seemed to be at least 30 - 40 years old, and did not work very well. The room was noisy; this was because the rooms had stone covered contrete floors and every movement of a chair bed or door seemed to carry over several floors. Also the doors had warped over time and were impossible to open quietly. The reception staff were not always very helpful. e.g. For information about Alicante we were told to go to the tourist information office in the city
The view straight onto the port and beach of alicante and castle..amazing! Also the view from the restaurant balcony. The rooms were modern and very clean. Great location, by the bars restaurants, and beach, and shops. Couldnt be a better location.
Did not provide kettle and tea and coffee for room.. Only mini ar of which all was chargable! And the bar at restaurant wasnt open for tea and coffee in the morning, and the breakfast was 13 euros per person per day!!! So we had to go out. Also the beds are both single in a double room, which is annoying as they move apart, should cater for couples better.
The location as it was central the staff were very friendly, and as we went with friends the bar in the hotel was a good meeting place.
although we had great time the noise from the road was noticeable plus when we stayed one of the lifts was scary as it stoped when we were in it.
