Pros. We loved the location. It was excellent. Close to Dam Square and to the railway central station. We could walk everywhere. The reception staff was nice
Cons. The room was very very small. No closet for our clothes. Just a tiny narrow and short place to hang a few shirts. No place in the bathroom even for putting a towel while showering. The WiFi didn't work for 95% of the time.

Obviously, one of the best locations in the city since it's ridiculously close to Dam sq After reading quite a lot of reviews talking about the size of the room we got to the hotel a little worried. Well, either PVC has different room sizes or some of those critics are completely exaggerating. the room we got might not have been luxurious, but it was far from tiny. Quite perfect for people who want their hotel to be close, convenient, nice and cosy. The staff, btw, we're extremely helpful and always smiley. FREE WIFI!!!
Cons. Cleaning rooms is being done partially and irregularly The bathroom had one kind of liquid soap for everything(hands, body, shampoo) also, there was very little of it. Our reservation did not incl. breakfast which also increased expanses.
Pros. The staff was friendly everyday, helping to make reservations and directions. We had move rooms after 1 night and they were accommodating.
Cons. The worst thing about this hotel is that you can hear even the slightest noise from the rooms up above you. I got woken up almost every night by people coming home from the bars at 1 or 2am. I thought it was just loud drunk people but after changing rooms we could the people above us again.
