The king size bed was very comfortable to sleep in throughout the night. Bathrooms were clean when we arrived, the room in general was clean.
Other than the location being right next to the freeway, everything was great.
Free parking, free breakfast, free wi-fi, and it's the perfect distance from Disneyland where it's far enough to be out of the way of all the traffic and noise and there's tons of restaurants on the way. The staff was allowed us to do late check in.
Breakfast was great.
It was in a location that fit well with the things we were doing.
It was a little musty smelling.
Room was very small and crowded.
Super clean and nicely furnished. Staff was very approachable and kind. We went to an event at Honda Center in Anaheim and it was only about 10-15 min away. Delicious breakfast!
Nice and quiet
Convenient location. Room was not on freeway side of hotel have stayed there before so I asked clerk to assign a room away from freeway which she did. Nice lady.
Parking lot had a lot of debris including broken glass beer bottles.
Jacuzzi didn't work in the room, but that's fun
needs updating compared to other hotels we stayed at this trip.
the room was clean. The staff was very friendly.
Noise from other guests.
good location - friendly staff
The bathroom had hair in tub, sink and floor.
The room itself was nice, clean, and updated! The waffles at breakfast were so yummy! Also, it's near stores and restaurants which was convienent! The room was also perfect size and the bathroom had a lot of counter space to get ready!
It was noisy at night because it is right next to the freeway. Also, for the continental breakfast one of the ladies in charge of restocking the breakfast was always staring at us.
You could hear outside noises. Music from neighboring night club was playing until 2:30 AM.
Easy from freeway
Kinda a disappointment that our room was facing freeway
Staff were helpful, allowed us to shift to a room to house our children.
If you are around the back side, there is a bar across the parking lot that can be very noisy. Breakfast tables were dirty, uncleaned.
Staff was very cordial, very helpful. Breakfast was OK, not excellent.
Our room, #125 faced the 91 freeway (actually, a stone's throw away). Traffic sounds were audible most of the night, but not loud. Lock to unit door lock needed work. had to insert and remove room card numerous times before bolt would open.
This place has really gone downhill...!
Breakfast was great.
I thought I was booking a hotel near Disneyland but it was far away.
The location for our venue
The pool was closed and the place was too close to the bar which was very noisy at night and also some drunk came to our room knocking at about 4am trying to get in.
1. The pool and spa were supposedly under supposed renovation (although I saw no work being done) during the entire 6 night stay. 2. Noise from adjoining restaurant was unacceptably loud.
bed was very comfortable
I was not expecting it to have outdoor halls. It was loud. I could hear doors slamming, kids running up and down the hall outside and people in the pool late at night.
Liked the place very much, very conveniently located with good freeway access and restaurants nearby. Staff and service was very good as well.
Room was fine.
We were ending a 10 day trip to Southern California with a stop at Disneyland and a few days at the beach. We wanted something close but economical and the Fairfield in Anaheim Hills was perfect! I have three teenagers and they enjoyed the pool and the free breakfast. We enjoyed only being 20 minutes from everything we wanted to see and easy freeway access. The refrigerator in the room was a medium sized, not the tiny little refrigerators we usually see, so we were able to stock up on snacks at the Von's across the street. There is easy access to Starbucks, Rubios, Quiznos and Jamba Juice as well as a great little pizza place Zpizza that we got a couple to go and ate by the pool. For a budget/economy property, this one is the best. The rooms were small, but the bathroom large with plenty of counter space, great shower, and very clean. We spent the rest of our trip at several Embassy Suites, and yes the hotel amenities are a little higher end with those properties, including the breakfast, however, for literally half the price, we will stay at Fairfield Inn in Anaheim Hills again. The pre-paid option made the three night stay very affordable.
This was a great value hotel. We enjoyed our stay here but it was a little out of the way for the reason we came.
We enjoyed our room it was very nice. The only problem is they put us in the very back of the hotel near the Foxfire Restaurant (which is a very nice restaurant) except at night when the bar gets going you can hear the music until 2 am. Luckly we were so tired it didn't bother us too much.
Spent five days here in January 2009. Staff was very friendly and helpful; complimentary breakfast was above expectations for a budget type motel; room was cleaned every day with no problems; no outside noise from adjacent highway. Easy to get to, although it's quite a distance from all kids type attractions. Plenty of restaurants and a Starbucks next door.
my family and i were there to visit disneyland.\nalthough the hotel is about a 15-20 minute drive we are glad we choose this place, it was easy acces to the freeway. the staff was friendly and gave us directions to the park and even gave us some tips on what restaurants to eat at, we loved our trip and were sad to go home but we will definitley return. \n\n-see you soon
My experience at the Fairfield inn Anaheim hills was one to remember. The staff as I checked it was extremely pleasant and nice to us. Wonderful staff! And the hotel it?s self looks noting like the picture on this page. It is a worm, comfy, and gorgeous hotel. It was my first time staying here and looking forward on to always staying here whenever we (family) gets together again. Did the overall hotel experience meet my standards? You bet it did and more. Over all Excellent!!
MY HUSBAND AND I THINK OUR STAY WAS WONDERFUL, EVERYTHING FROM THE FRONT DESK TO BEAKFAST WAS GREAT! DURING OUR FIRST NIGHT HOUSEKEEPING FORGOT TO PUT WASHCLOTHS IN THE ROOM...AS SOON AS WE CALLED THE FRONT DESK OUR PROBLEM WAS TAKEN CARE OF RIGHT AWAY.\n\nTHE ONLY THING IS THEY SHOULD CONSIDER ADDING MORE COMPUTERS IN THE BUSINESS ROOM. \n\nWE LOVED THIS HOTEL AND RECOMMEND IT HIGHLY TO OUR FRIENDS.
