The bed was too hard.... Very little selection for the free breakfast.With a softer bed, a regular room coffee pot, and a better breakfast selection, I would have rated our experience higher. The best thing about our stay there was the proximity to our final destination

Customer service was terrible, quite rude.The only positive thing to this hotel was the price and the room appeared to be clean. As for the cons, the customer service was awful. Customer service is what truly makes the overall impression of a hotel and they did not leave a good impression.
Abrasive manager. No breakfast variety. Walls are crumbling. Water damage everywhere. Bathroom countertop falling. Noisy toilet. Short showerhead. No drain plugs. Chair upholstry was badly stained. Exterior doors were unsecured. Stale air. Pathetic.This was the worst hotel experience we've had. The room was in disrepair everywhere. In order to stay in a non-smoking room, a $100 cash deposit was required. Breakfast did not start until after 7am. When we arrived for breakfast, there was only juice available. The manager had to retrieve a handful of muffins and rolls from a back room. We were not allowed to bring any back to our room. When I checked out, the manager left the room and returned 3 times before returning my $100 deposit.
