Brandnew hotel, very comfortable and modern, very nice pool areas, beautiful view, very comfortable rooms with wonderful beds and balcony, nice toiletry products in the bathroom, free items from the minibar, beautiful bar area and outdoors sitting space, well organised diving centre with helpful staff and beautiful diving/snorkeling possibilities, excellent food with large variety
Main restaurant too noisy (awful disco-like background music) and too crowded; Tala Bay area still under construction, feels a little spooky although hotel area a wonderful haven
Food. Large rooms.
Noisy (pools close to rooms except for the south wing part of the hotel). We could not change our room since the hotel was fully booked (groups spend one night there before going to Wadi Rum).
The time it takes for check in. Our reservation was wrong through boooking, but finally they resolve in one hour!
