Work out room
2 queen beds instead of a king bed. Thin walls and loud guests next to me. Minimal toiletries and amenities in bathroom....no exhaust fan in bathroom...felt like the rate was high for this hotel vs. what they offer.I arrived and check in was easy. Was disappointed to not receive a king bed and could not be accommodated when I asked front desk. First floor room. Loud guests near me and was not a peaceful experience. Other comments stated above. Felt like it was over-rated as a 3 star hotel.
Staff and location were excellent.Great place and well worth the price.
Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The small gym and pool area were clean and nice.
deceptive pricing. Told after arriving that all priceline reservation only applied to a King. A double incurs additional cost of $10 per night. An upfront disclosure of additional fees/cost would have led to a alternative choice hotel. They blame Priceline
Large clean room.
Was there for 2 days, gone all day and got no maid service.
Maid service was excellent. Housekeeping staff very conscientious.
Would not switch from a kind to two queens except at outrageous fee.Good location, free and available parking, rooms are clean and modern, food reasonably priced. Beware of hotel policies for switching bed type. Discovered that they had assigned us a king bed, so we asked them for two queens instead. The front desk said that a king cost the same as two queens, so this shouldn't cost anything, but that we could not request that change, Priceline would have to do it. So we called Priceline and asked them. Priceline said that when they called the hotel, the hotel instead quoted over $100/night additional charge to switch to a double queen. Needless to say we refused. Basically seems like the hotel's way of cancelling out the Priceline discount.
Asked for early 2 PM check in as I was coming in late after a concert rather than driving home - this was cheerfully accommodated so I could just park and go directly to my room that night - thank you!A great choice in the area. Comfortable, spacious rooms with mini-fridge and microwave. I really like the paper wrapped REAL GLASS glasses to be used in the room. Coffee set up includes liquid creamer too. Free wireless completes a nice package for guests. Would definitely recommend.
Ice machine on fourth floor has been broken for over two months! Front desk charged me twice @$50 for my two night stay instead of one charge for incendentals.
Free coffee and snack
the AC fan inside the room is too noisy
