Cons:My stay at the Inn began with them not letting me and my family up to the property after paying $650 for the room because somehow my reservation was cancelled and they were fully booked (the only available option was a $1,500 suite which they would prefer to turn me an my family away rather than upgrade us into the suite -- I would need to pay the difference for the suite or I was out of luck). So I stood around in the parking lot for an hour with my family while on the phone arguing with their reservation team. They were fully aware that it was our wedding anniversary. We left and went downtown to figure out what we were going to do when they called us back to inform us that they did have a room (clearly they had a room the whole time). When I got to the room I thought surely they would have sent us a cheese plate, a bottle of champagne or a comped dinner for their mistake - nope! Nada. Was very disappointed to have paid $650 for a room and get treated so poorly. I won't return.
