The Dining Room at the Inn was awarded Four Stars from Forbes Travel Guide in 2018, and it specializes regional cuisine and features estate-raised beef and lamb and fresh-picked ingredients from Estate kitchen garden. There are special wedding dining and food packages available, as well as event rooms and services available upon request.

The Inn and the Biltmore Estate is known for its wine and has a vineyard, winery, and bar on location as well. You can buy specially made bottles of wine from Biltmore winery at the gift shop located in the Inn Hotel.

Cons (-) My stay at the Inn began with them not letting me and my family up to the property after paying $650 for the room because somehow my reservation was cancelled and they were fully booked (the only available option was a $1,500 suite which they would prefer to turn me an my family away rather than upgrade us into the suite -- I would need to pay the difference for the suite or I was out of luck).
