Good location. I felt safe walking day or night but always was going towards the georgia dome or downtown. Room and especially bedding, was very clean.
Never needed the breakfast, so cant comment.A lot of the previous reviews gave me pause, but were unfounded in my opinion. I would stay here again. Free parking and friendly staff.
The beds were not made. The location does not feel safe after hours. Also, removed from the heart of downtown. Still worth the price. However, not very conducive overall. The front desk staff were very professional and welcoming. There seems to be an issue with the overall operations. My room was not serviced one entire day. The coffee maker does not work. The shower curtain was torn. And so on.
everything... it was misleading, smelled of smoke
Location! 1-2 miles from civic center. However walking would be difficult because of all the freeway and major road elevations.
We were 'promised' a deluxe continental breakfast but when we arrived at 8:30 am everything was missing or limited in quantity. When asked to replenish supplies, the staff person was surly. I thought Day 2 would be different, it wasn't!Sadly the hotel doesn't meet its potential. Spotted carpets and scuffed walls in dark halls leading to our room made me question my choice. But our room was clean and spacious with serviceable sofa, desk, dresser and two big screen TV's - nice for 2 adults that want to watch different things. The bed was comfortable and fresh. Bathroom clean. The biggest turnoff was the promised deluxe continental breakfast and the staff that served it. Coffee canister was empty, as was oj and apple juice dispenser. Waffle iron was hot and ready but the mix was gone, replaced by 4 4'frozen waffle...
It was a huge suite for such a cheap price and it was right down the street from the georgia dome
spacious room, good location
bathroom was a little small. room was clean but decor was on the worn side.
The room layout,2 full bathrooms a lot of space: close to everything we needed, could even open windows at night for fresh air.
i would have prefered a little more variety like waffle batter and iron or a place serving breakfast nearby but what they had was pleasantEveryone was helpful, spoke friendly and very informative, seemed to love their jobs and proud to work there.i was hoping we would be able to stay at one somewhere else.We made sure to spend evenings in the room to be able to enjoy all the hotel had to offer.Only way it may have been any better was to have a wading pool and a restaurant with 3 meals
That it was close to where I needed to go for the stay.
The hallways could be more appealing as well as the carpet . They need more than one elevator .Overall, I had a great stay. The staff was very friendly. Upon my arrival I found that I had lost my card that was used to reserve my room . I spent 45 minutes looking for it. The clerk came over and asked what was going on and I explained to her my situation . She was very helpful and helped to get me another room which was much smaller , but better than being outside sleeping in my car overnight . I was so grateful for her help .
The hotel rooms were a good size. After reading the horrible reviews, I could only imagine the worst. But when my sisters and I arrived, it was nothing like the reviews. The location is not as horrible as people said. The bathrooms are huge. Nice tv.
When we arrived, there was dried up oatmeal on the comforter. Perhaps, it was overlooked by the cleaners because it blended in with the colors of the comforter. We got it replaced.Overall this place was okay. After reading all of the nasty reviews about this place, I saw that it was the exact opposite. The lobby is beautiful. The rooms are spacious with a huge bathroom. (I stayed in a double bed room). The beds are a good size. There was a nice flat screen tv. They offer breakfast during the weekends. The breakfast was basic though. I would have preferred some eggs and bacon. But, bagels and cereal were still fine. The hallways look dark and gloomy, even a little intimidating if you are walking alone....
The courtyard design and the lobby looked neat.
The A/C didn't work in the first room we booked.Wouldn't stay here again, due to the location. Aside from the immediate area within the property, it looked really shady and were confronted by homeless thugs.
