Pros:Car was a nice car but dirtyCons:They grossly misstate the price on Kayak to get you to sign up with them.....then you get there and there are a couple hundred dollars of add on fees. Unethical business dealings.Reviewed Apr 11 2021

delays to return - overchargesPros:quick car pickup - but apparently gave me the wrong carCons:when returning the car, the agent found out that when the original agent made a mistake. This caused a delay in the return, putting me dangerously close to losing my flight. Also they overcharged me for child carseats twice. Car wasnt very clean.Reviewed Jan 3 2017
