Rude front desk woman! She acted as if she really did not want to be working on new year's day. I left my son's water bottle in the car rental and asked if she could flag it down for me. She declined and asked me to fill out a lost and found report. I would have appreciated if she could have just called the staff to see if they found my 2 year old's water bottle.Reviewed Jan 5 2022

delays to return - overchargesPros:quick car pickup - but apparently gave me the wrong carCons:when returning the car, the agent found out that when the original agent made a mistake. This caused a delay in the return, putting me dangerously close to losing my flight. Also they overcharged me for child carseats twice. Car wasnt very clean.Reviewed Jan 3 2017
