Pros:Check in staff was friendly
Cons:The car was filthy and damaged. They only had one employee handling a very long line for check in.
Pros:They were quick to replace the offered car, they were polite and efficient when dropping car.
Cons:Not offered us a car which was undriveable due to a damaged front fender which was rubbing front wheel. The cars, inc replacement were filthy.
