Pros:The staff was very helpful!

Cons:Hidden charges. Paid twice as much as I was quoted.
Pros:Cheaper than other companies for different drop off location.
Cons:Ran out of cars in Hilo, so we got a van instead. Several other customers turned away because lot was empty with no expected timeline for more cars. Van was dirty, pulled to the right, rear windows wouldn't open, and airbag light came on intermittently. Had to swap cars in Kona, but required is to fill the tank, essentially negating the value of us having prepaid for gas. Would avoid in the future.
Pros:Let switch drop off after airline messed us up.
Cons:There was definitely a speed sensor that would ding when you went 56 mph. That was super annoying 😒

Pros:The service people were very apologetic and accommodating when we had to exchange the car after a day because we discovered it was infested with roaches after they all came out of the crevices at night. We ended up being upgraded to a large SUV at no cost.
Cons:The car was filthy. Roaches housing everywhere. We didn't see them during the day. However they all came out after dark and I counted at least 10 which means there must've been dozens more.
