Pros:Personal was very pleasant, courteous, pleasant, efficient and professional. I got the car I wanted. I was very pleased.
Cons:I have no complaints
Pros:Nothing they couldn’t honor our reservation didn’t have a car ready for us...
Cons:They could have let us know in advance if they wouldn’t have a car for us...
Pros:Very accessible for 4 people and gave us tons of room to pack out for each daily adventures on the big island.
Cons:There was a terrible odor that we believe might have been soy sauce. It was really bad after the vehicle sat locked up in the heat. It wasn't as strong by day 4.

Cons:There was a long line and only one representative. She was still working on the first person after 10 minutes, then she went to another desk to take in a return. We went to National and drove away before she got to the second person. We were number six.
