Very happy with our choice to stay in this hotel. We are a family of 3 with a "tween" and he usually ends up sleeping on sofa beds; it was so nice that he had his own room within our room that had a proper comfortable bed!

We did pick this hotel partly because we had understood that there was easy parking, so as a result we were a bit disappointed with the parking situation. However, I totally understand that everything is a trade-off and the price you pay for an amazing location on a historic narrow cobblestone street is that you can't stop your car outside to unload your cases and you can't park immediately on the vicinity.

Everything was great! The room was clean, roomy and comfortable with everything we needed. The breakfast was good with a wide range of options. The location was very central and close to pretty much everything (i.e. the spas, restaurants, museums, etc.).

The location was perfect. The room was spacious, and the staff were wonderful.
