very friendly staff, clean room, comfortable
very crowded, hard to get an elevator at certain times due to large crowd
Convenience to convention center
No continental breakfast
I liked how convenient it was to the Baltimore M&T Bank football stadium and was in walking distance, making it easier for me to save money.
I did not like that the parking was $28.
Person that checked us in was the best . Location and price was very good . Also food and bar were tops.
Room was so hot , turned the Ac on and would only run for about 3 mins every 30 mins . Also fool by unit was wet and bathroom floor had water all over it had to put towels down . Room number 230 . Next morning coffee bar, lady working was sick coughing and not washing hands manager toll her to close after my order. Small things make big deals .
This "Days Inn" is in very good condition. The lobby is beautiful, The night staff are kind and accommodating, And the room is well equipped.
I do not feel like I was properly informed of the $26 parking fee. Had I known this i would have stayed somewhere else. Also there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways in a non smoking section.
Days Inn is crossing the street from the Convention Center. It has lots of food places nearby. Also, Cardem Yards is 3-5 minutes away (walking distance). Location is perfect for a walk. Furthermore, Light trail from the Airport to Cardem Yards is just $1.70 per person, or so.
The tub didn't drain. However, staff were addressing the issue the day we left. Apparently the situation was happening in the whole floor. Dispite that, the place is great value for the money.
Convenience was the main thing. The restaurant had an adequate buffet. Much cheaper than most buffets in the Inner Harbor. The staff was friendly, helpful and engaging. The rooms were clean and roomy. The cost was very good. I booked these rooms on Booking.com and they cost me $112.00 per night per room. There was nothing else comparable in the Inner Harbor close to that price.
I stayed three night and the parking cost me $84.00 for that time period. I thought that was exorbitant. Everything was fine.
Staff was outstanding, friendly and capable. Room was clean and very comfortable. Not a fancy spot, but perfect for downtown convenience.
Some traffic noise even with a room on upper floor. Costly garage fees.
The location was walking distance to Camden Yards as well as many local eateries and bars. It also had a parking garage attached for easy access to the building. The room was standard and had everything we needed with enough room for 4 comfortably.
The price overall. We were there for a Red Sox game day and the prices were clearly hiked up. For what it was I would say it was better than other options but a little pricey. The real kicker was the $28 parking and $13 breakfast. We were all a little surprised by the breakfast, which was poor at best.
The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, less than 100 yards away from the front entrance to the Convention Center.
Parking garage cost next door was extremely high at $28.00 a day. I would have expected a discounted rate for hotel patrons.
Staff was great
The staff was extremely friendly and caring. I would choose to stay in this hotel before any other. They made you feel right at home and made sure you were accommodated in any way that they could. Amazing hotel!
It was clean and a cheap taxi ride/uber away from the inner harbor as well as main attractions. Unfortunately the best service we received was from the taxi/uber drivers. I'd only recommend this place to people who are not on vacation.
Service staff were not very friendly. Wasn't much to do on-location. Tv remote was dead. Parking was confusing and very expensive.
Liked the location and the price
The pricewas not the bottom line, does not include breakfast $13 buffet or Parking $23 day. Our particular room 522 was serenaded by the bells from the elevator all night long. Would not stay here again.
From the door Gerald was on the job... personable, helpful, & thorough. The rest of the staff was also friendly & engaging. Rooms were comfortable & clean. Secure parking was key. A very positive experience all around!
Location, this place is about as close to the convention center as you can get. Ample parking.
The room smelled like urine. You would be amazed at the smells your body can adapt to when you are very tired and low on options. However, every time I entered the room the smell of urine was overpowering. I ran the tap and the shower just to make sure the water in the trap had not evaporated and I was not inhaling sewer fumes. No luck.
