The location of the hotel is just perfect- walking distance from Khao San Road- one of the most lively roads! Especially at night. Also its like in the middle of all other things- you can easily get a Taxi or Tuk Tuk or even a bus to anywhere! The staff are very very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend if you are on a budget trip- and dont care about the luxury of the hotel
The hotel is not on the main road, you have to go a small - very narrow- path (walking) to reach it. So, at night- the first time you go in, you might be a bit scared. Also there is no fridge in the hotel.
Hotel enterance is not accessible to road. Hotel doe not have porters to even carry luggage.
Actual rooms in teh same hotel available were much cheaper in open market comapred price displayed on book.com website. Rooms were cramped.
Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location.
The receptionist was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, nice clean sheets, and it was cheap!!
There was a lot of mould on teh nathroom ceiling. The photos of the roomand reception look nothing like what the room actually looks like.
Very nice staff, especially the guy on reception was very polite and friendly. The room (excluding bathroom!!!) was fine. Just about 10 mins walk to Kao San Road and 20 mins to Grand Palace.
Bathroom was shocking, there was toilet, sink and shower squeezed in just about 2x3 meters. Only 1 window in room was facing to another building. The access corridor to the hotel was scary though it even taxi drivers and locals didn´t even know where the hotel is. Also there is wake up call at 5 AM every day from nearby mosque.
Location - as tucked away from main street was very quiet. Staff very friendly and very helpfull
Description of the rooms said was a bath and a shower when in fact there was just a shower in the bathroom as a wet room style.
Value for money
The location it hard to find.
Affordability of the receptionist
They say there is a shuttle service, there isn't
I would appreciate better English of staff
the price and the staff
the location, inside a dirty ally
