The staff is very rude I asked for free WIFI in my room because I booked the room with free WIFI and they said no you have to pay. I was traveling with two young children and several luggage and nobody helped me.

1) They did not provide me with my requested non-smoking, king-bed room until I demanded it. 2) Internet service was not operating,even after several calls to reception all their promises were broken and, although they promised to refund the fee, it was still on my bill and I had to pay it. 3) Service is poor and most employees have a negative attitude.
