Location - staff
Internet should be free
It is within small mall, whcih contains cinema, McDonald and kids recreations.
I think it is a little overpriced, as I stayed in Crown Plaza Alhamra alos in the same visit and it was cheaper. Everywhere else CP is higher rate than HI as both are same chain of hotels, except in Beirut!!
My first choice in Beirut!!! The welcome was great, location was excellent, cleanliness and comfort of the room were outstanding.
i liked the location
when i checked out i figure out that they deducted from my credit card more than what i signed up for when i booked through booking.complus the are still holding the amount for the first night till now its pending and they never help when i tried calling them after they took more they also are holding more money thats very bad
yes, in fact i was disturbed with a lot of young women coming at nights to serve customers in their rooms, also there no security exist at the elevators.
The staff were very helpfull and they even upgraded my room.
Some noise from outside.
I booked for a studio but i didn't see anything even close to that, Its just a regular room!!. the rate is high
This is without a doubt the worst Hotel I have ever been in. $470 per night, poor service, the most uncomfortable bed, poor decor. My advice is don't go to this Hotel ever.
the hotel staff was very rude and exploitative. i have a very long good history with holiday inn, but this time they were very rude
staff tretment specially front desk mr.rami who was un polit person
The best at this hotel is the location. it is near every thing and easy to reach to downtown and many other places.
the cleanliness of rooms. There cleaning staff seems to be from out of the hotel, and they are taking long time to start cleaning the rooms. I was going out and coming back many time to my room and it was still not cleaned !!! until I call them once and twice to comment.
