Location - staff
Internet should be free
I booked for a studio but i didn't see anything even close to that, Its just a regular room!!. the rate is high
This is without a doubt the worst Hotel I have ever been in. $470 per night, poor service, the most uncomfortable bed, poor decor. My advice is don't go to this Hotel ever.
the hotel staff was very rude and exploitative. i have a very long good history with holiday inn, but this time they were very rude
staff tretment specially front desk mr.rami who was un polit person
The best at this hotel is the location. it is near every thing and easy to reach to downtown and many other places.
the cleanliness of rooms. There cleaning staff seems to be from out of the hotel, and they are taking long time to start cleaning the rooms. I was going out and coming back many time to my room and it was still not cleaned !!! until I call them once and twice to comment.
