Breakfast, close to bus route for access to Bart
Location and breakfirst are good.
Layndry facility is not working.
It was a nice hotel, very clean and nice staff! Great breakfast! Free parking and gas was very reasonable in that area!
Had to pay tolls when going into San Francisco. Wish it would have had a hot tub.
Proximity to public transportation Free, substantial breakfast
Good location, free parking
Breakfast was free and copious but of pretty terrible quality
Quiet, Clean and friendly. Good breakfast and paper in morning.
Need a good bar. Pricey!
Quiet, clean, always staff at front desk. Everything worked as expected (TV, Lights, etc). Nice couch for lounging.
vending machines were not working on first floor
from the description on your website, the room has a sofa bed. but there isn't,the hotel even doesn't have any sofa bed.
Clean and tidy. Breakfast included. Construction next door but not very noisy. The work starts around eight inthe morning.Somewhat far from downtown Berkeley. You cannot walk to downtown or UC Berkeley campus.
Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Great location
It's cleanliness and overall decor were very nice; far beyond what I was expecting for a 2.5 star rating. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone coming to the Folsom area.
Absolutely nothing; it was quiet, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for. I got a good night's sleep, which for me, is sometimes tough when I'm away from home. The only thing that would have been nice to see was real coffee cups in the room.
Probably not walking distance to campus, but FREE parking is a plus. Basic room, clean, wireless is always nice. Breakfast was a couple steps above basic. A good value overall.
This hotel was ok. It was clean. But for the price we paid it should have been more. The Neighborhood, I would not feel safe walk around in. We had to prop the bathroom door open so I could talk to mu husband while I was using the mirror to put my make-up on. The greeting we received was from a disgruntled employee, she had such an attitude. The breakfast bar was OK... They had someone there working very hard to keep it full. She always had a smile. There was nothing in the hotel room about restaruants or things to do or places to go. We had to go and buy a map from the gas station down the street. Over all... it was just too much money to spend for the service and type of hotel it is.
The Berkeley Marina is straight down the street (University Ave). Great place to go for a walk by the water. Happy hour on weeknights at Hs Lordship restaurant is only $2.95 for calamari and $3.50 for drinks 5:30-6:30. We made an inexpensive dinner out of it! The area near Holiday Inn is not very inviting for taking walks, so please check out the quick drive down the street to the park/marina!
The neighborhood was so so, but the hotel was very safe and watched constantly with numerous video cameras. The continental breakfast was good and had a large variety of food. They didn't have a pool. The rooms were very nice with 2 queen beds. Very close to the Berkeley Marina. All rooms are inside the building with no outside entry to rooms.
it was really a nice hotel, will definetly recomend to all other.
