Pros (+) The neighborhood. Excellent restaurants, bars, shops in walking distance. Awesomely diverse.
Cons (-) Older hotel. Could use an update but still no problem. You are downtown so it is a little noisy and there are homeless people around. But....this is what Berkeley is so don't be surprised.
